• Dawson Casting: Dylan Sprouse and Rae Gray were both 25 years old while playing seniors in high school.
  • Dylan Sprouse's hair has consistently remained shoulder length or slightly longer since around 2014, if social media is anything to go by. In the film, he has an undercut with hair to his jawline, so there is the possibility that filming took place sometime in 2013. This is purely speculative, but it would mean that both Sprouse and Rae Gray were around 20, 21 at the time of filming^note  both actors were born in 1992; nonetheless, the trope still stands.
• Playing Against Type: Dylan Sprouse is most well-known as Zack Martin of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spinoff The Suite Life on Deck fame.

• Dylan Sprouse, along with his twin brother Cole, took a hiatus from acting after The Suite Life on Deck ended in order to focus on college. His role in the film ended his almost decade long hiatus.
