• He Also Did: Before DankPods, Wade did a channel specifically dedicated to making music based on The Simpsons remixes under the name Dankmus. The channel was even fairly popular and was Wade's main until 2019 when he discussed the issues he had with Youtube's system, specifically when they demonitized the channel for an entire year, leading to Wade to only sporadically upload now on Dankmus while putting more focus on Dankpods.
• Missing Episode: There are a select videos that are "After Show"s that are exclusively for his Patreon, however those can be easily accessed by becoming one (which literally cost $1, considering Wade's tiers for his Patreon are rather cheap with the "highest" being $10 and that's only to have your name at the end of the credits). ^note In July 2023, Wade uploaded twelve multi-hour long supercuts of every DankPods episode to-date, including the after shows, meaning they can now be viewed without requiring a Patreon subscription and for New Years, 2024, release them all on their own.
  • On February 11 2021, Wade uploaded a video discussing a pair of headphones from Ukraine that he gushed extensively about...only to unlist (and later privatize) the video one hour later when it was brought to his attention that the maker of the headphones had been involved in some controversy (mainly he had once threatened a critic with Anthrax, as well as accusations of racism/homophobia). Thankfully, it was a double upload that day and he already had a replacement video, which discussed ear monitor earphones.
  • He took down his review of the Stem Player in late 2022. It however was reuploaded in the Season 3 part 1 "Complete Series" video.
• Reclusive Artist: Wade has more or less become this in recent years, but not because he himself wants to. Due to crazy fans and his own interests and such, he more or less has abandoned using Twitter and dropped Discord due to a fan finding out his phone number. That said however, he's happy to respond to fan messages on Patreon and interacts with his fans through his streams.
• Rereleased for Free: After announcing that the Patreon-exclusive after shows were axed, Wade reuploaded most of them for free as part of a series of "Complete Series" videos and in New Years, 2024, re-released them as their own videos.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: Wade used to stream on Twitch...only for Twitch to stop paying him. As he explained in a video discussing the matter, Twitch has more or less refused to help him, as they've done with other content creators. After getting in contact with Luke from Linus Tech Tips, he's since moved to streaming on Floatplane.
• What Could Have Been: In the TronicsFix collab, he promised to do a solo video on fixing the battery of the provided red iPod Touch. In the following months, DankPods had become less of an iPod mod channel and more of an audiophile channel, so the video went to waste.
  • At the end of the Zune retrospective, Wade hinted at a sequel video on the Zune HD, which never materialised, partially because of how hard it is to obtain a Zune player.
