• Write What You Know: Cosi is inspired by a period in Louis Nowra's life when he worked part time at a mental hospital while he was a university student, including helping to put on a theatrical production. In real life, it was Trial by Jury, which is a bit easier than Così Fan Tutte, being only one act long and in English.
