Trivia / Castlevania: The Lecarde Chronicles

• Approval of God: Both games were given Konami's blessing.
• The Bus Came Back: Voice-wise, the second game sees the return of two familiar voices:
  • Douglas Rye provides the voice of Lucifer, having previously voiced Dracula in Portrait of Ruin and Curse of Darkness. Interestingly, Lucifer mentions Dracula in the dialogue before the final battle.
  • Robert Belgrade reprises his role as Alucard.
• Celebrity Voice Actor: Kira Buckland provides the voice of Christine Chanterêne.
  • Donna Rawlins voices Constance d'Albaret.
  • Marissa Lenti voices one of the bosses.
  • Cassandra Wladyslava voices Medusa.
• Spiritual Successor: To Mig's own earlier Castlevania fangames, Haunted Castle 2 and 3, released in 1999 and 2001. The former was a linear action game but the latter was far more ambitious, a Metroidvania that offered a huge play area for an amateur effort at the time. They are however very buggy, on top of being ugly and unplayable in comparison with the two Lecarde Chronicles.
