• The Other Marty: Bruce Willis was originally cast as Phil Stern, complete with picture of his shooting some scene surfacing, but ultimately dropped out. While it was reported at the time that this was due to conflicts with Misery on Broadway, multiple insiders confirmed that Willis was fired due to being unable to remember his lines, due to what would later be revealed to be worsening cognitive issues.
