Trivia / Beast (2017)

• Fake Brit: Irish Jessie Buckley plays Jersey-born Moll.
• Similarly Named Works: It has the same name as Peter Benchley's 1991 novel Beast (and its 1996 film adaptation) and the 2022 film Beast starring Idris Elba. The 2017 film is a very different story compared to those two; they're both survival thrillers about people getting attacked by killer animals (a giant squid and a lion, respectively), while this one is a more mundane psychological thriller/drama.
