• Cross-Dressing Voices: In later English episodes, boy characters are voiced by a female voice actor.
  • Ichi is also voiced by female VA in Japanese episodes. He and his female VA have their own common YouTube channel and became the mascots of it by their common name Ichi.
• Recycled Script: This story is a remake of an older story. Both stories involve a boy being mistreated by his mother and sister because of his deformity. He meets a delinquent who he quickly befriends. The sister is jealous of said delinquent's popularity and tried to slander both the boy and the delinquent, but they were able to expose her misdeeds. Aside from character designs^note For example, the mother is fat in the original but thin in the remake. and different details, the two episodes are identical.
