- The mods Defrag and Clan Arena have their own episodes in both "DeFrag" and "The Amulet".
- The third-party map Wicked gets two episodes in the limelight in both "Scrimmage" and "The Amulet".
- Hey, It's That Sound!: In "Chosen By The Vadrigar", you can hear the classic Doom Doors and many of the original monster's sound from the first Doom.
- Of course, bearing in mind the inspiration, you can also hear plenty of Quake III: Arena's noises as well.
- Quite a few Half-Life noises appear aswell.
