  • Jay’s death by accidental drug overdose in "The Price". BraveStarr, Thirty-Thirty, Brad, and Jay’s mother rush to him after Brad fesses up to Jay’s drug use via Spin, but they arrive too late. Brad faints from shock at seeing Jay’s body and Jay’s mother sobs in grief. The episode ends with Jay’s funeral and Shaman watching from a distance silently weeping.
    Thirty-Thirty: I'll call Doc Clayton.
BraveStarr: Don't... bother. It's too late.
    • Adding to the Tear Jerker is the Reality Subtext in the ending, with the message “Dedicated to the memory of Raymond Hamada”, showing how personal the episode was to the show runners.
  • From "Fallen Idol":
BraveStarr: How could you do this? You were my hero.
Jingles Morgan: I never asked to be your hero.
Jingles is led away while BraveStarr looks devastated. Then...
Fuzz: You're still my hero, BraveStarr.
