Chapter 7: Truth
- You've finally found your old hometown, the one razed by demons ten years ago. It's a Dying Town now, populated only by the original survivors of the attack that first separated you and Anulis. Their graveyard bears a tomb with your name on it... and Anulis's body in it. This revelation leaves you so grief-stricken that all you can manage is to sit silently in front of the grave for days on end. Karon tries to convince you to at least eat or drink something, and even later, reminds you that despite Anulis being long dead, you have people in your life now who care about you. Choosing to return to your friends rolls the credits and gives you an epilogue about how you've managed to make peace with Anulis's death and live in the present surrounded by your friends and guild mates... but it's not the end of the game. In order to keep playing, you have to choose not to go back.
