The fourth of the Lupin III Yearly Specials, a series of Made For TV Movies produced by TMS Entertainment and NTV. With Love From Siberianote  first aired in Japan on April 1st, 1993. The debut English language release was in () by Discotek.

Lupin is going after the famous lost treasure of Anastasia Romanov. Fujiko is planning on betraying him again, and two other crooks are reporting to a mysterious figure while trying to kill the gang. Goemon begins the movie by seeking enlightenment, and has his sword stolen for his trouble. In exchange for his sword, he spends the entire movie working for Rasputon, descendant of the famous Rasputin.

This TV Movie provides examples of:

  • Dub Name Change:
    • When Diskotek released an English-subtitled version of the movie in (), they broke with tradition and named Goemon's sword "Steelcleaver" instead of the more typical "Zantetsuken".
    • The more direct translation of the subtitle is Franchise Russia With Love, because it was a reference to the [[Film/From Russia with Love James Bond film]]. The name was changed to From Siberia With Love to avoid potential copyright litigation.
