28F - Devil of the Right Arm

    Season 2: Ch. 42 (Chapter 121)

Team Sweet-and-Sour is seen resting within the 28th Floor's residential area, which appears as a tall blue skyscraper hotel. After the picture of Cassano was seen in Goseng's lighthouse, Horyang chooses to use this time to reveal his past to his teammates. He informs the group that the true "Devil of the Right Arm" is indeed Beniamino Cassano, and that the two of them were childhood friends that were forced to grow up in Workshop due to being babies that were illegitimately born in the Tower's middle area. Horyang explains that abandoned children in the middle area were sent to Workshop to be used as material for experiments, and that he and Cassano were amongst those kids.

At Workshop, Horyang remained in an incubator where an odd substance was forever injected into him. Eventually, Horyang was finally brought out of the incubator where he met Cassano; another incubator child that had a substance injected into him. From then on, the two boys grew up together within Workshop, which they spent time strengthening themselves fighting one another. In addition, they were taught things from Workshop reseracher, Sophie Amae, who treated them like a loving mother, and provided them their true names as Ilmar and Cassano. Ilmar being Horyang.

By the age of 12, the time of the true Workshop experiment for Horyang and Cassano arrived. The two boys are brought to a lab run by Workshop researcher Maddox, who informs Horyang and Cassano that they're the only survivors amongst the tens of thousands of kids that they injected the substance into for the upcoming experiment. Maddox shows off an odd looking devil creature, and explains that Horyang and Cassano are now set to be the Tower's first ever Living Ignition Weapons. The experiment proceeds as Maddox splits the devil in half, and forces the devil halves into Horyang and Cassano's bodies. The two would eventually pass out from the pain, and they wake up some time later realizing that their bodies now have a part of a devil residing within them.

Upon learning that researcher Sophie will no longer be meeting them, Horyang and Cassano are left in a depressed state due to what happened to their bodies. Eventually, Horyang wakes up within Maddox' truck as the turns out that the researcher is selling him off as a Living Ignition Weapon to someone, but before Maddox could reach his destination, they're greeted by the 1st Floor Guardian, Headon, who chooses Horyang to enter the inner Tower as a Regular. Horyang explains to Sweet-and-Sour that it's thanks to his devil power from Workshop that he made a name for himself to reach the 20th Floor, but he stalled there for awhile due to the feeling of guilt by using a power that was built from sacrificing so many children. However, Horyang started hearing rumors that Cassano had also made it into the Tower, and realized that one day, he has to meet his friend from Workshop again.

Following the Sweet-and-Sour meeting, Horyang meets with Viole in private outside the residential area of the 28th Floor. Horyang explains to Viole that it's about time for him to depart to meet with Cassano, but before going, he wants to check something first. He powers up, and states that he wants to fight Viole to see if the latter is also a Living Ignition Weapon based on the red exoskeleton thing that was seen during their 20th Floor test.

    Season 2: Ch. 43 (Chapter 122)

In order to know the truth if Viole is just like him, Horyang forces the Slayer-Candidate to fight him. During their duel where Viole is mainly just dodging Horyang's powered-up punches, Horyang states that for the sake of the many children that were sacrificed, he needs to know if Viole's red exoskeleton from FUG is somehow connected to Workshop's experiments. Impacted by the knowledge that the lives of many children were lost, Viole agrees to tell a bit of his story.

Viole explains of how there was a FUG Ranker (Jinsung) who claimed that he will work to make Viole a god, and that there's a small piece he can provide right away to begin this journey. The Slayer-Candidate brings up how there was a hidden a water tank on the Floor of Tests that was holding something red within it, and that FUG had placed Viole in the tank so that the red light would become a part of him. Upon waking up after FUG's experiment, Viole asked around wanting to know what he was feeling inside him, but received no answers from anyone of FUG about it. He apologizes to Horyang for not having a proper answer, but assures Horyang that they're similar in a way in that they were given a power that neither of them truly want. Overall, Horyang's satisfied with the answer, and powers down.

With the fight over, Horyang mentions that from the start, he knew that Viole wasn't the kind of person that would sacrifice others for power like FUG, or the Workshop researchers. He apologizes to Viole for his actions just now, and states that along with just needing to confirm his deduction of the Slayer-Candidate, he hopes that Viole finds what will make him happy. Not wanting to get what he now considers to be his family involved, Horyang announces that this is the point where he needs to depart from Sweet-and-Sour, and leaves Viole to head off for Cassano's location on his own.

Elsewhere on the 28th Floor, Khun, Nobic, and Ran are seen arriving in the middle of a desert at a lone structure shaped like an arm reaching up to the sky. Their goal being to hunt the Devil of the Right Arm that they heard was living here. Atop the arm-like structure, a shadowy figure is seen looking down on the three newcomers.

    Season 2: Ch. 44 (Chapter 123)

Viole returns to Team Sweet-and-Sour's 28th Floor home, which he informs the group that Horyang will be out for awhile, and will be returning late. However, Viole's unable to get Horyang's predicament out of his mind. Meanwhile, Horyang arrives at the 28th Floor's Tent Village right outside the location of the arm-shaped structure. Looking for information on Cassano, he enters a tent owned by a Regular named Sia Sia, who works as an information seller. Providing a payment, Horyang asks for what she knows about Cassano, which Sia answers that he's taken up residence at the nearby arm structure known as the Hand of Arlene. Sia warns Horyang about the traps that make up the area surrounding the structure, but Horyang decides to go on his own. He arrives at the Hand of Arlene, which he's attacked by rock traps that Sia warned him about.

Back over to Khun, his group continues to approach the Hand of Arlene. Nobic asks if the Devil of the Right Arm will truly be here, which Khun explains that the Devil being spotted in the photo was done on purpose to invite someone to the Hand of Arlene, and that they could possibly end up meeting the people that were sent the invite. He then orders Ran and Nobic to move ahead to start clearing out the traps, but Ran ends up going ahead of them on his own, and even destroys Khun's Lighthouse to make sure that he can't be bothered. Meanwhile, Horyang continues to break through any traps he activates as he makes his way towards the Hand of Arlene. He's then greeted by Ran, who questions if Horyang's the Devil of the Right Arm.

    Season 2: Ch. 45 (Chapter 124)

Within his 28th Floor bedroom, Viole waits it out as the rest of Team Sweet-and-Sour ready themselves to sleep for the night. Meanwhile within the desert before the Hand of Arlene structure, Horyang tries to inform Ran that the latter's got the wrong guy. Ran however remains unconvinced given that Horyang's wing matches the Devin of the Right Arm's description, and ends up attacking him, which he shows off his powerful Maschenny lightning abilities against the Living Ignition Weapon. Horyang manages to hold off Ran utilizing his wing's speed and defense forms, but as the two battle it out, Nobic arrives to combat Horyang as well.

At that same time, Viole finally departs from his bedroom now that Team Sweet-and-Sour are all asleep. In the living room, he finds a sleeping Goseng on the couch, which she had tried to stay awake hoping for Horyang to return. He also runs into Miseng awake as she's worried that something may have happened Horyang. Viole reassures Miseng that everything's ok, and sends her off to bed while he heads out to bring Horyang back to the team.

    Season 2: Ch. 46 (Chapter 125)

Viole arrives at a transportation vehicle to head out from Team Sweet-and-Sour's 28th Floor home, but is greeted by Akraptor, who knows that something is up due to Horyang not returning. In return, Viole tells him the truth that Horyang left on his own term, which Akraptor states that they should leave him given that chasing after him would go against Horyang's wish. Viole replies that he doesn't believe Horyang did it of his own free will, and knowing of Horyang's loneliness all too well, Viole remains convinced that Horyang doesn't actually want to leave his new Sweet-and-Sour family. Getting on the transportation vehicle, the Slayer-Candidate states that he will be sure to bring Horyang back to them, and then drives off, which Akraptor's unable to stop him.

Akraptor is then suddenly surprised by Wangnan and Prince popping up nearby as it turns out they were also awake out of worry for Horyang, and that they were waiting on Horyang's return to surprise him with the clothes they prepared that look exactly like Horyang's. Wangnan states that they should go after Horyang as well if what Viole said was true, but Akraptor provides the bad news that they no longer have a transportation vehicle. Suddenly, Ehwa pops up next claiming that she was keeping an eye on Viole, and agrees that they should bring Horyang back. Given that she has money as a member of the Great Yeon Family, she offers to rent them a new transportation vehicle.

Meanwhile at the outskirts before the Hand of Arlene structure, Khun's left alone due to Ran and Nobic running on ahead. He's left complaining about Gyetang (sick), Michael (nursing Gyetang) and Dan (watching Rachel) not being able to come along as a Scout Observer is seen spying on him. As for Horyang, he remains in a stand-off before Ran and Nobic. Before the battle restarts however, he suddenly gets contact from Cassano, who tells Ilmar to follow his Observer towards the Hand of Arlene. Horyang does so with Nobic and Ran chasing after him as they enter the arm-like structure only to realize it's a dead end. Before they could continue their fight, Cassano appears before Nobic and Ran to inform them that he's the true Devil of the Right Arm they've been looking for. Meanwhile, Khun gets a warning message on his Lighthouse telling him that he's fallen into a trap.

    Season 2: Ch. 47 (Chapter 126)

Due to the warning message, Khun looks around in worry only to suddenly get hit by a poison dart from a tongue appearing out of the ground, which he falls unconscious. At that same time, Viole has arrived at Tent Village. He meets with Sia Sia, who informs him about Horyang heading off to find the Devil of the Right Arm at the Hand of Arlene structure. Before Viole leaves to head there himself, she offers her service as a Light-Bearer to the Slayer-Candidate to help with the search, which Viole accepts. Meanwhile within the Hand of Arlene structure, Horyang watches Cassano charge at the two members of Khun's team. Cassano properly introduces himself, and then shows off his overwhelming power as the Devil of the Right Arm by bashing Ran across the room and into a wall.

Back over at Khun's location, a reptile-like Regular appears out of the ground. Before he could plan his next move, Khun is revealed to have been faking being knocked out, and that the poison dart had actually hit an Armor Inventory he hid in his clothes. Khun defeats the reptile Regular in combat, and threatens to kill him if the Regular doesn't answer why he was trying to perform a kill. The reptile Regular answers that he was paid by a female Regular with bunny ears to kill Khun, but despite answering, Khun kills him anyway. Thinking his situation over, which includes a Light-Bearer hacking the warning into his Lighthouse, Khun deduces that the rumors surrounding the Devil of the Right Arm is being used as bait to trap someone at the Hand of Arlene.

Meanwhile inside the Hand of Arlene, Cassano informs Horyang that he will know soon enough why he was called to this place, and charges at Nobic and Ran once more. The true Devil of the Right arm forces the two Regulars of Khun's team to fight seriously due to Cassano's overwhelming devil powers in his left arm. During the battle, Nobic manages to immobilize Cassano using his Hayeol Style Seal technique. Ran then follows up to strike the immobilized Devil of the Right Arm with his Espada de la Luz lightning spear. Outside the Hand of Arlene, Viole and Sia being to race towards the structure upon hearing the battle that's currently going on in it. During the run, Sia's hood falls off to reveal her bunny ears; showing that she's the one that paid the reptile Regular to kill Khun.

    Season 2: Ch. 48 (Chapter 127)

Viole races ahead of Sia towards the Hand of Arlene structure only for Sia to constantly try to stall him with the traps that were set up. Not knowing about Sia's scheme, Viole decides to carry her to keep Sia from "accidentally" setting off traps, which she asks why Viole's so determined to reunite with Horyang. He answers that he's just a person he knows, which she finds sad that Viole doesn't see Horyang as anything more. Back to Khun, he gets the gist of what's going on that Nobic and Ran also must have fallen into the trap. Having studied up on hacking after the encounter with Hachuling on the Floor of Tests, Khun pulls out a USB that will help him with tracking, and places it into his Lighthouse to find out who it was that hacked it.

Returning to the Hand of Arlene, Ran's attack had knocked Cassano back into the wall as rubble falls upon the Devil of the Right Arm. Believing his friend to be dead, Horyang powers up his devil form, and charges at Ran and Nobic prepared to kill them. Horyang manages to keep up against their Hayeol and Maschenny skills, but has his battle cut short when, from the rubble, Cassano unexpectedly stabs Horyang's torso from behind. This causes Horyang to fall over in defeat. Suddenly, Viole and Sia arrive at the Hand of Arlene room that Horyang's been fighting. Shocked at the sight of Horyang lying on the ground bloody out of commission, Viole approaches Nobic and Ran ordering them to answer what they did to him.

Meanwhile, Khun succeeds in the hacker search. However, he's left stunned in shock upon discovering that the person who hacked his Lighthouse was Apple, the fellow Light-bearer in his team. Confused as to why Apple's helping the enemy bait someone to the Hand of Arlene, Khun begins to rush towards the hand structure to find out what's going on.

    Season 2: Ch. 49 (Chapter 128)

Sia informs Viole that Horyang's status is showing up dead on her Lighthouse, which shocks the Slayer-Candidate. She also claims that she saw Nobic and Ran attack Horyang on her Lighthouse as Viole stands prepared to fight. Nobic lies that they are indeed Horyang's killers since he deduces to himself that it would be hard to explain that the true killer, Cassano, attacked from inside the nearby rubble. Viole suddenly charges in to battle with Nobic and Ran; able to fend off their attacks, and surprises them by showing off his ability to use five shinsu Bangs against them.

Realizing they're up against a powerful Wave Controller, Khun's two teammates realize that they only have one option, which is to rely on the exhausted Ran's second most powerful attack, the Lanza de Relampago lightning arrow. Nobic manages to create an opening by stalling Viole with his Hayeol technique as Ran sends the lightning arrow. However, Viole manages to block it utilizing Sia's Lighthouse field barrier. Viole then counter-attacks by sending a shinsu wave from his five Bangs to defeat Nobic and Ran.

Khun's two teammates lie on the ground in defeat as Viole orders them to tell him why they killed Horyang. Nobic answers truthfully this time around that the Slayer-Candidate will get his answer if he uncovers the killer Devil of the Right Arm in the nearby pile of rubble. However, the lying Sia claims that they're lying and that Viole should kill Nobic and Ran; stating once more that she witnessed Horyang's death on her Lighthouse. Before Viole could make his next decision, it's at this point that Khun arrives at the Hand of Arlene room.

    Season 2: Ch. 50 (Chapter 129)

Entering the Hand of Arlene structure, Khun sees the bunny-eared girl that the reptile assassin mentioned, and races toward her and Viole out of worry for Nobic and Ran. However, he's stopped in his tracks due to Sia revealing that she has a bomb trigger. Explaining that she has a bomb prepared to blow up the Hand of Arlene if anyone moves. She also reveals to Viole through a message on her Lighthouse that she's a part of FUG, and will result in the deaths of his friends here if he doesn't decide to rejoin with FUG.

Sia orders Cassano to come out of hiding, which he does, and picks up Horyang's body ready to leave with FUG. She then informs Khun that all of this was a set up for their Slayer-Candidate, Jyu Viole Grace, to kill off powerful E-rankers, such as Khun, who they baited to come here by planting the spy, Apple, into his team. Wishing to protect his friends, Viole decides to go along with it by playing as the evil Slayer-Candidate. Viole claims that all the traps were his doing to bring them to the Hand of Arlene. However, he's decided to let Khun live in fear of him from here on out. In return, Khun calls out Viole for the poor acting. He orders the Slayer-Candidate to be truthful to him, which Viole admits to himself that it's impossible to trick Khun.

At this point, a rested Nobic and Ran spring into action to try to take Sia's bomb trigger. However, their efforts are stopped by Viole utilizing Sia's lighthouse field. Viole orders for Sia to stop threatening his friends, or else he will kill everyone, but Sia, who believes that Viole is finally acting like their God, goes against the order, and decides to press the button to blow up the Hand of Arlene in honor of FUG's new Slayer-Candidate. The structure begins to explode as Viole calls out to Khun hoping his friend will live. Looking back at Viole before disappearing in the explosion, Khun is left shocked to hear what may have been Bam's voice.

    Season 2: Ch. 51 (Chapter 130)

As the Hand of Arlene explodes, Khun remains stunned in shock after hearing what sounded like Bam's voice trying to call out to him. He thinks back to Emile's message telling him that Bam is alive, and is left wondering if Bam is Viole. Along with Viole, Nobic and Ran also get covered up by a rock golem that was summoned in to protect them from the explosion; leaving Khun outside to potentially die.

Meanwhile back at the home for Team Khun, Apple and Michael reveal themselves to be FUG moles to a tied up Dan. Michael had just finished off Gyetang with "medicine" having been poisoning the latter to make it look like an illness as Apple goes about explaining to Dan that they've been given orders by FUG to help the terrorist organization lead Khun into their trap to kill him. Dan figures that he knows what's coming next for him, but before Apple and Michael could finish him off, Rachel enters the room to convince them to back down given that Dan was forced into Khun's team. She offers Dan to join her and be her legs up the Tower, but Dan harshly rejects her knowing that her legs are perfectly fine. Calling Rachel out as the real traitor, Dan reminds her that she used such legs to kick away and betray her previous friends. Such backlash enrages Rachel into stabbing Dan with a needle while claiming that he doesn't know anything, and that she hasn't done anything wrong.

Back to what remains of the Hand of Arlene structure, Viole yells in anger to FUG what it was that he did wrong as he, Ran and Nobic are taken away inside the rock golem; unable to figure out if Khun survived or not. Meanwhile, Wangnan, Akraptor, Prince and Ehwa finally arrive on the scene. However, they're left confused by the sight of the now completely destroyed Hand of Arlene.

Horyang explains how the Devil of the Right Arm is his friend, Cassano

At their home in a residential area building of the 28th Floor, Sweet and Sour gather around Horyang, who begins to explain about the Devil of the Right Arm that was seen in a picture on Goseng's lighthouse network. Horyang states that the Devil of the Right Arm is named Beniamino Cassano, and that he was his only friend when the two of them were small children. In return, Wangnan asks if Horyang wasn't actually the Devil of the Right Arm, which Horyang answers to be the case.

Horyang explains further that it's against the rules of Jahad’s Empire to have children in the middle area that's between the inner and residential areas of the Tower, and that kids who ended up being born there would end up getting abandoned. The giant states that he and Cassano were two of such kids that had been abandoned in the middle area, and that unlike the rest of the middle area children who would either die, or end up at slaves, the two of them were lucky to be sent off to the Workshop as material. Sweet and Sour are shocked to hear that Workshop is using human as material to help develop items, which Horyang answers that that's not all Workshop does. Horyang continues by explaining that Workshop will do anything to further their experiments, and that using abandoned kids from the middle area is not seen as an issue for them.

Horyang and Cassano as the only survivors of Workshop's experiment

Horyang mentions that given the amount of kids that end up abandoned, it's led to many other children being sent off to Workshop to get sacrificed as experiment material. He tells Sweet and Sour that whatever item comes from Workshop, it's unimaginable the amount of children that had to be killed to perfect said item. With his overall explanation over, Horyang gets to the point of how he fit into this. Horyang explains that after being sent to Workshop, he had been stored in an incubator until the time comes that the researchers making the items required him for material. For a long time, Horyang was strapped inside the incubator unconscious, and continued to have some sort of substance injected into his body so that his material would one day be ready. Eventually, he's finally let out of the incubator, and placed within a giant open white-walled room with one other person. This other person being Cassano.

Horyang continues by telling Sweet and Sour that within the white room, the researchers had nicknamed him Number 21 while Cassano was called Number 99. The giant reveals that while he didn't know about it at that moment, he found out at a later time that he and Cassano were actually the only two children that survived the side-effects of the injection that was given to them inside their incubators. From that point onward, he and Cassano had gotten to know each other over time in that white room, learned many things growing up, and battled each other to get stronger.

Researcher Sophia as a mother figure for Cassano and Ilmar (Horyang)

Horyang describes the two of them as himself being the timid one while Cassano was the one that had the self-confidence, and that Cassano was seen as a big brother to him that helped Horyang overcome his shy persona. At this point, Horyang explains that there was also a third person amongst he and Cassano. At times, a Workshop researcher named Sophia Amae would sometimes enter the white room to help the two of them study Tower languages. Horyang could tell that seeing Sophia each time she stopped by made him happy. Cassano asks if Horyang feels the same way about Sophia's study classes, which Horyang shyly agrees with.

Horyang explains to Sweet and Sour that unlike the other Workshop researchers, who treated him and Cassano as material, Sophia saw the two of them as humans, and the three of them found enjoyment speaking, and having fun, with one another as the days went by. These moments Horyang states were the most precious of his life when he was at Workshop, and that eventually, Sophia had decided to give Cassano and him their true names, Beniamino Cassano and Beniamino Ilmar. However, Sophia informs them that the researchers still only know them as 99 and 21, and that their true names is a secret between the three of them.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_04.jpg
Horyang and Cassano are shown the Devil creature for their next experiment

Horyang explains that he and Cassano were happy about the names they were given, and that they went about repeating their names to one another throughout the whole night that Sophia gave them their names. Thinking back to him and Cassano holding her hands, Horyang states that the researcher was their first love.

Horyang would then jump ahead to a time when he was 12 years of age, but was still within Workshop. He and Cassano are seen strapped to stretchers, and are being taken by the researchers to another location of Workshop. They're finally brought to a secret lab, and were about to take part in the experiment that Workshop had been preparing for them the past 12 hears. Horyang and Cassano, still strapped to their stretchers, are placed within incubators as they look upon a third lab container right in front of them that was housing some creature. Horyang describes to Sweet and Sour that the creature he and Cassano looked upon in the third container was something that he couldn't describe as it continued to change shape, and refused to stick to any particular form. Within the lab room, Horyang and Cassano are greeted by another Workshop researcher named Maddox, and that he had been placed in charge of overseeing their experiment.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_05.jpg
Researcher Maddox explains the Living Ignition Weapon experiment

Maddox explains that of the 99,999 children they went through, only two were able to reach this point to be turned into Living Ignition Weapons. Seeing Horyang confused about the term he just said, Maddox explains that ignition weapons are objects that contain a spirit. The researcher continues by stating that ignition weapons are the most strongest and refined weapons of the Tower, but still have a limit forced upon them since they're just items used by people. The answer they came up with is to combine the weapon with the human body itself. Putting his hand against the container with the creature, Maddox states that the devil within said container will be cut into, and implanted in their bodies.

Cassano and Horyang are left shocked by the revelation as Maddox reassures the two that they've turned out to be two excellent pieces of material that will be able to handle the experiment. Pounding a button to start the experiment, Maddox states that once the two of them are finished, they will be the Tower's first ever Living Ignition Weapons. Moments later, Horyang and Cassano scream out in pain as they begin to feel the creature being sent into their bodies.

Horyang states to Sweet and Sour that the pain he felt was horrible. That it was like his blood was being sucked out to be replaced by something else, and that his bones were being broken to bits. Horyang continues by stating that throughout the experiment, he would occasionally wake up only to pass out again from the pain.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_06.jpg
Horyang and Cassano get turned into Living Ignition Weapons

Eventually, it got to the point where he would no longer have the strength to awaken again, and ended up unconscious throughout the rest of the experiment. Days later, Horyang finally wakes up after being experimented on, but he quickly notices that something was different. Looking at his body, Horyang realizes that half his body wasn't his anymore.

Ilmar explains to Sweet and Sour that the devil in the lab container had successfully been split in two amongst him and Cassano. Horyang ended up with the right half of the devil while Cassano got the left half, and that the both of them now had within them an unknown power of incredible ferocity. He also informs the team that after the experiment proved to be successful, Sophia no longer came to visit him and Cassano.

Horyang states that the two of them were never told by Workshop as to why Sophia stopped showing up, and that they weren't allowed to try to contact her. Sophia leaving his and Cassano's lives ended up sending the two of them into depression now having to live meaningless lives, and unable to get used to their bodies that now have half of a devil residing within it. As the time continued to pass by, Horyang would one day be greeted by something cold after waking up one day. The researcher, Maddox, had actually placed Horyang within a flying transport vehicle, and has been taking him somewhere.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_07.jpg
Guardian Headon appears before Horyang to summon him into the inner Tower

Looking around, Horyang remains lying, and strapped down, against a metal table, but sees a snowy sky above him dropping snowflakes onto him. Realizing that he was now wearing thick clothes to protect him from the cold, Horyang remained confused about what was going on.

He tells Sweet and Sour that this was his first time that he ever experienced snow, and that this was the first time he'd ever seen an open roof. Horyang continued to look up at the snowy sky, and instead of thinking about where he would be sold off to as a Living Ignition Weapon, he had actually thought about wanting to live longer so that he could see more places of the Tower that has such beauty as what he's seeing now. At this point, Maddox looks up from the vehicle he's driving, and sees the 1st Floor Guardian, Headon, flying high in the sky. It's at this point that Horyang passes out once more, and the moment he woke up again, he had arrived in the inner Tower as a Regular to take Headon's 1st Floor test.

Horyang explains to Sweet and Sour that given the devil power he had, it wasn't that difficult to climb the first Floors of the Tower. The incredible strength that Horyang displayed throughout the early levels had given him the nickname as the Devil of the Right Arm. However, Horyang states that he had felt guilty about using a power that came from the result of many children sacrifices at Workshop, and eventually stalled his Tower climb at the 20th Floor.

Horyang continues his story that one day on the 20th Floor, he had heard a rumor that the Devil of the Right Arm was on said Floor. Confused about the rumor, Horyang would eventually meet someone who took the test with the person using the Devil of the Right Arm nickname. The Regular answered Horyang that while the person was called the Devil of the Right Arm, he was using the power with his left arm. Wangnan questions if the person with the left arm was Cassano, which Horyang answers to be the truth. Horyang admits that while he doesn't know what Cassano's been up to ever since the day Headon chose them both to enter the Tower, there will come a time where he needs to see Cassano again.

    Horyang's Test

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_08.jpg
Horyang confronts Viole in private to find out if he's also a Living Ignition Weapon

Outside the 28th Floor residential building, Horyang remains sitting on a rock thinking over all that he just discussed with Sweet and Sour. Viole approaches the giant Regular, and asks why he was called out here. Horyang remains silent as he picks up a few rocks, and smashes them in his hand. Horyang explains that it's gotten to a point where he no longer needs to hide anything from Sweet and Sour.

He informs Viole that he had been watching the FUG Slayer this whole time to see if the red exoskeleton he witnessed within Viole in the first part of the 20th Floor test was a Living Ignition Weapon just like him. Looking down in disappointment, Horyang states that while he doesn't want to do this, he's forced do it now since it's about time for him to depart to find Cassano. Horyang powers up the devil in his arm, and states to Viole that he wishes to check if the red exoskeleton within the FUG Slayer truly is a Living Ignition Weapon.

Horyang stands opposite Viole with his devil arm now active. He orders for the FUG Slayer to bring out the red exoskeleton, and tells Viole that he needs to know if they're both Living Ignition Weapons. Powering up his arm, Horyang adds that if it turns out that Viole truly is a Living Ignition Weapon, he needs to know how it happened, and will resort to fighting if that's what it will take to get the answer. Having heard Horyang's statement, Viole informs the Living Ignition Weapon known as Ilmar that this is a problem he can't help him with, and as a result, has no real reason to fight against him here. Unable to accept the FUG Slayer's answer, Horyang charges forward ready to strike with his devil arm, and yells that he will make Viole show him.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_09.jpg
Horyang vs. Viole

The FUG Slayer dodges out of the way of Horyang's strike using the Slider dodge technique he learned from Mule Love as Ilmar prepares yet another strike with his devil arm. He orders for Viole to show the red exoskeleton, and creates a large right fist to punch, but Viole jumps away, and lands several meters back. Horyang yells to the FUG Slayer that the possibility of Viole being a Living Ignition Weapon would prove that FUG is somehow related to the experiment that was done to him and Cassano. Viole dodges another of Horyang's punches as the latter claims that he has the right to know the truth as it would bring justice to the thousands of kids that had to be sacrificed for the Living Ignition Weapon to be a success.

Being reminded of the kids that had to be sacrificed shocks Viole for a moment as Horyang moves in to land an attack with his devil arm. The attack explodes next to Viole as Horyang holds his powered up devil arm at the left side of the FUG Slayer's head. Horyang asks Viole once more for the truth, and informs the FUG Slayer that researcher Maddox had told them that he and Cassano were the only Living Ignition Weapons. Ilmar tells Viole that he never heard of any other survivors of the experiment, and asks what the FUG Slayer truly has in him. He asks Viole if FUG had something to do with the experiment, and asks why they would want to make Living Ignition Weapons.

Horyang orders Viole once more to answer him, which the FUG Slayer finally agrees to do so. Viole tells a story of what happened to him seven years ago. Moments after he had been told by someone (Jinsung) that he will teach the FUG Slayer how to become a god. Baam looks up at Jinsung and asks what the Ranker is referring to, which Jinsung answers that he can make Baam a being that can grant people's wishes, change the world, or even walk down a path on his own power with everything he's got.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_10.jpg
Viole explains to Horyang how FUG put the red exoskeleton into him

Jinsung states that he can only provide Baam with the first step to become a god, but the power that he will provide will help Baam create his own destiny. Some time later, Baam is placed in a pool of water where he's greeted by a giant mass of red shinsu.

Back to the present, Viole explains that once he saw the red light in the water, he was struck by it, and ended up fainting from the pain. Viole explains to Horyang that upon waking up, he felt something inside of him, and the people he asked about this in FUG refused to answer. The FUG Slayer explains that all he knows is that FUG secretly hid the water tank holding the red light somewhere on the Floor of Tests, and that this tank of water had the power to do incredible things, such as making the fish creatures of the 2nd Floor huge, or enhance the strength of people's shinsu control. He informs Horyang that there have been times where he looked at him own body, and questioned what the power was that had been given to him from the water tank.

Viole admits that after hearing Horyang's story, he believes that their situations are eerily similar. However, unlike Horyang, this is all that he knows about the red exoskeleton that was put into him. That he doesn't even know how to wake the red exoskeleton up, or if this is somehow connected with the Workshop's Living Ignition Weapon experiment. The FUG Slayer apologizes for not providing Horyang with a proper answer, but tells Ilmar that just like him, he never wanted this destiny forced upon him. Thinking back to the friends he made on the Floor of Tests, Viole states that he already had what he wanted.

Having heard Viole's story, Horyang deactivates his devil arm. The two stand opposite one another as Horyang apologizes to the FUG Slayer that he could already tell what kind of person Viole actually was. That he's already deduced that Viole isn't the type of person that would sacrifice others for power, even if FUG was somehow connected to Workshop's experiments.

Satisfied with Viole's answer, Horyang gets ready to leave to find Cassano

Turning around to walk away, Horyang informs Viole that he just wanted to be 100% sure about all this. Turning around to look at Viole, Horyang asks for the FUG Slayer to forget what happened just now, and states that he doesn't care anymore if Viole is connected to Workshop's experiments or not since in the end, they're both victims. Horyang tells Viole that he hopes the FUG Slayer can be happy one day, and reach the people that are most precious to him as Viole calls out to Ilmar is really going to leave the team like this. Horyang answers that he now has Cassano's location, and believes that he won't be able to return once he reunites with his experiment friend. He states to Viole that he doesn't wish for the team to get caught up in his past, which Viole warns him that the picture may be a trap. However, Horyang informs the FUG Slayer that the reason he's going alone is because he considers Sweet and Sour to be his family.

Horyang goes over his past that during his journey up to the 20th Floor, he paired up with Regulars that only wanted to be on his team to benefit from having the devil's strength with them, and acted no different than the researchers of Workshop. They saw him as a monster, and never actually tried to get to know him. However, that all changed the moment he met Sweet and Sour. Horyang explains that seeing them have fun with one another reminded him of the great feeling he had the first time he witnessed snow, and actually came up with excuses to delay his eventual departure so that he could continue to spend time with the group. However, he mentions that winter is over now, and it's finally time to leave.

    Arrival of Khun's Team

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_12.jpg
Khun and company arrive on the 28th Floor to hunt for the Devil of the Right Arm

At this point, a small floating vehicle appears in front of Horyang. Ilmar gets on it, and flies away as Viole stands by watching him depart. As Horyang drives in a direction on the desert landscape of the 28th Floor, Ilmar hopes to himself that Cassano will be waiting for him.

At another location of the 28th Floor, another vehicle is seen making a stop somewhere in the desert. Walking out of the vehicle is Khun, followed closely by Nobic and Ran. Looking at an odd looking structure in the distance that looks like an arm reaching up to the sky, Khun gives off a smile, and finds it funny that this turned out to be the place that the Devil of the Right Arm is hiding.

Nobic asks for Ran to let him have the Devil, which irritates the latter, who asks that Nobic just do his job as the spear-bearer back-up. Nobic decides instead to turn the defeat of the Devil of the Right Arm into deciding who's Number One of the group, which irritates Ran even further. However, Khun talks over both of them, and states that it's time for them to hunt. Khun's group walks towards the arm-shaped structure as a shadowy figure is seen atop it; looking down on them from one of the fingers.

Following his meeting with Horyang, Viole returns back to Sweet and Sour's home on the 28th Floor. Goseng greets the FUG Slayer upon his return, but notices that Horyang doesn't seem to be with him anymore. Viole answers that it's because Horyang had to go somewhere on his own, and will be coming back late, which Goseng accepts, but finds his behavior to be a bit odd since going out isn't something he usually does.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_13.jpg
Horyang approaches Sia Sia in Tent Village for information on Cassano

The rest of the team also asks about Horyang, which Viole repeats the answer he gave Goseng. They all figure that he's probably out looking for information on his friend from the picture, but Goseng orders them all to finally go to sleep.

Horyang arrives at a place called Tent Village on the 28th Floor as he looks around to start his search for Cassano. He decides to enter a tent owned by an E-rank Regular named Sia Sia; a light-bearer who works as an information seller. Seeing Horyang enter her tent, Sia admits to herself that she finds it odd to get a guest at such a late time during the night.

Showing her table that contains two lighthouses, one for herself, and one for her customers, Sia asks what Horyang is looking for at Tent Village, which Ilmar answers that he's looking for a certain man. On the lighthouse for the customer, Horyang shows Sia the picture of Cassano, which Sia admits that she does indeed know the person Horyang is searching for. She informs him that Cassano stopped by recently looking for food, and was spotted by a plethora of people since the folk of Tent Village are extremely sensitive to newcomers. A shocked Horyang asks about the current location of Cassano, but before Sia answers, she orders for Ilmar to pay her. Horyang pays Sia through the lighthouse, which causes her to giggle that she will use this money well.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_14.jpg
Horyang arrives at the location that Sia provided him, the Hand of Arlene

Ilmar asks once more about Cassano's location, which she answers to think back to the giant hand reaching up to the sky that he saw during his walk through Tent Village that the people refer to as the Hand of Arlene. Sia explains that it's rumored to be the remnant of a giant stone statue, and only the arm with it's left hand reaching up to the sky is all that remains of it. However, a group of fugitives that were using the Hand of Arlene as a hideout had been kicked out by someone recently. She states that the someone who kicked them out was none other than Cassano.

Horyang asks if Sia is sure about this information, which she answers that she got her information from someone who informed her that Cassano was seen by the Hand of Arlene a couple days ago. Thanking Sia for the information, Horyang turns around to leave, but before going, Sia gives him a warning. That the Great Families had placed many traps and monsters around the Hand of Arlene so that no one could get close. She advises Horyang to approach the structure as a team, which Horyang thanks her once more for the information.

Going against Sia's advice, Horyang approaches the Hand of Arlene by himself, and upon looking up at the structure, admits that it's gigantic. Thinking about Cassano, as well as realizing that being seen on the picture was done on purpose, Horyang wonders why Cassano chose this location to call out to him.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_15.jpg
Khun explains that Cassano's picture was caught on purpose to invite someone

Continuing to approach the Hand of Arlene, Horyang ends up walking by a sensor, which activates a couple stone arms to attack him. An irritated Horyang notes to himself that it's not going to be a simple task to meet with his childhood friend, and activates his devil powers to fight the traps.

Nearby, Khun, Nobic, and Ran are seen walking through Tent Village towards the Hand of Arlene. Khun looks toward the arm structure, and points out to his teammates that it looks grotesque. He states that everyone would be better off seeing it destroyed, which Nobic interrupts by asking if he truly believes that the Devil of the Right Arm would be hiding there.

Khun answers that it's a possibility, and states that it's no coincidence that he showed himself in that picture given that the Devil of the Right Arm is someone that's been able to perfectly hide for years. He explains to Nobic and Ran that upon closer inspection of the picture, you could tell that the Devil of the Right Arm had positioned himself perfectly in the photo as if he was inviting someone to meet him at the Hand of Arlene. However, he warns Nobic and Ran that the person being invited was definitely not them. Having heard Khun's explanation, Nobic deduces that they will no doubt come across the people that the Devil of the Right Arm invited to the Hand of Arlene.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_16.jpg
Ran accidentally destroys Khun's lighthouse on the way to the Hand of Arlene

The next moment, a couple red dots begin to appear on the lighthouse map Khun's been following, and orders for Nobic and Ran to destroy the traps that are appearing as the red dots. Before they could begin however, Ran jumps ahead of them, and states that it's better to complete this task alone. Nobic runs after him asking Ran to stop as Khun watches them from afar believing that this could have been handled better.

Ran begins to destroy the traps at the locations Khun provides through one of his lighthouses as Nobic continues to yell out to him not to do this alone. Seeing Ran refusing ot stop, Nobic decides to at least warn him to remain prepared since they currently don't have a scout in the group to warn them of nearby enemies.

Nobic tries to point out that it's the job of a fisherman to take over the scout's job if there isn't one present, which begins to irritate Ran as he throws a lightning attack toward Nobic to get him to shut up. However, the lightning attack ends up destroying the lighthouse that had been provided by Khun.

Khun is heard still trying to provide the location of the next trap as the damaged lighthouse smashes into the ground. Ran and Nobic remain in stunned silence at the sight of the destroyed lighthouse, but Ran quickly turns around, and continues to look for the traps himself. Seeing Ran moving again, Nobic attempts to continue the chase. On Khun's side, he tries to continue sending them trap locations, but becomes annoyed when he realizes that he's having trouble getting through to them; hearing nothing but static coming from the lighthouse on his side.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_17.jpg
Horyang runs into Ran on the way to the Hand of Arlene

Back over to Horyang, Ilmar continues to break through the rock traps that were activated upon his arrival. After destroying the last rock arm attacking him, he finally gets a moment to rest, but admits that this is difficult without a light-bearer providing the locations of the traps. A moment later, he begins to see explosions occurring in the distance, and gets out of the way of a giant rock that had been sent flying towards his location.

Turning back to the location of the explosions, Horyang calls out to whoever is there, and spots someone standing on top of a column. From the top of the column, Ran looks down at Horyang, but remains confused about who he's currently looking at. He asks if Horyang is the Devil of the Right Arm, which shocks Ilmar.

Returning to Sweet and Sour's home, Viole remains alone as Wangnan speaks to the others of the team. He states that they should all dress similar to Horyang so that it would make for an easy transition to befriend Cassano. Some of the teammates, such as Prince, agrees with the idea while others find it stupid.

Ehwa adds that she would like to wear Horyang's clothes in pink, but Wangnan rejects it stating that they have to all be the same color as Horyang. Viole remains alone listening in on Wangnan's conversation with the group as Goseng is heard ordering them all to go to sleep. However, he also hears confusion as to why some people continue to wake up.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_18.jpg
Ran charges at Horyang believing that he's the Devil of the Right Arm

Back to Horyang and Ran, the latter looks over the former, and spots the Ignition Weapon wing, and a black bandage over Ilmar's right arm that turns into a devil. Believing he's Cassano, Ran mentions to Horyang that the Devil of the Right Arm has gained weight compared to how he looks in the lighthouse picture, and charges forward ready to strike Horyang with his blue hook weapon. Ran takes a couple swings at Horyang, who manages to dodge out of the way.

Horyang calls out to Ran asking why he's searching for the Devil of the Right Arm, which Ran answers that he's looking for a fight. The answer confuses Horyang, which Ran provides a question of his own if there truly needs to be any more explanation here. Ran charges forward once more as Horyang tries to explain that he's not the Devil of the Right Arm he's searching for. Ran creates an X-shaped lightning attack that Horyang manages to block as Ilmar realizes that he's no longer got any other choice here but to fight.

Horyang's wing becomes a boot shape as he speeds around Ran to end up behind him. He then claims that he will crush Ran as his wing turns into a giant red fist, and attempts to slam Ran into the ground. Ran dodges out of the way as Horyang yells to him that despite not knowing why Ran is searching for the Devil of the Right Arm, he's currently got no time to waste fighting. Ran charges forward once more, and begins to make a lightning fist. He answers Horyang back that given Ilmar's statement just now, he will be sure to make this quick.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_19.jpg
Horyang vs. Ran and Nobic

Horyang manages to block Ran's lightning fist with his right devil arm as Ran goes in for a different attack. Powering up his lightning once more, Ran goes for one of his most powerful techniques, the Maschenny Lightning Spear. Calling it Electrica Perla, Ran sends a huge blast of electricity down on to Horyang. However, Ilmar manages to turn his wing into a shield to absorb the attack while the land all around him gets destroyed by the lightning blast.

Surprised to see Horyang still standing, Ran questions how he could have survived such an attack, but deduces right away that his wing changes forms to increase certain abilities. Ran admits to himself that Horyang is indeed a strong opponent, but before he could continue the fight, Ilmar dodges out of the way of a black-and-red boomerang weapon that was thrown at him. Seeing the boomerang return to Nobic, who had just arrived, Horyang calls out to him wanted to know who he is. Nobic introduces himself to Horyang, and states that he's here to catch him, the Devil of the Right Arm.

    Viole's Departure

With Sweet and Sour now asleep, Viole leaves his room, and bypasses Goseng, who's sleeping on the couch. Viole continues to walk through the home, and is greeted by Miseng, who asks if Horyang has returned yet. Viole provides her bad news that he hasn't yet, which Miseng explains that Goseng has been waiting on the couch all night waiting for him to return.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_20.jpg
Viole reassures Miseng that Horyang will return to them

Looking up at Viole, Miseng questions if Horyang was perhaps taken by bad people, and is being experimented on just like before. Viole reassures her that it's nothing like that, and that Horyang will definitely return to them safely. He asks for Miseng not to worry, and head back to bed, which Miseng gives off a smile, and agrees to do so.

With Miseng back in her room, Viole walks over to Goseng, and puts covers over her. The FUG Slayer thinks back to his time as Baam inside his rock prison outside the Tower, and realizes that it was the moment he met Rachel that he understood what true loneliness was. Putting on a black cloak to head out, Viole apologizes to Horyang in advance, and states that Sweet and Sour needs their giant Teddy back.

Heading for the exit, Viole walks towards a parked floating vehicle similar to the one Horyang rode to go chase after him. Before he could leave, he's greeted by Akraptor, who questions where the FUG Slayer is going, and states that he's been up worrying about Horyang as well. Akraptor questions if Horyang wished to leave them in secret, which Viole answers truthfully that he did. Akraptor looks down in frustration knowing that his gut feeling was correct, and is left annoyed that Horyang chose to go about his past this way. Seeing Viole walk by him, Akraptor informs him not to go since Horyang's dealing with a personal issue that no one can convince him to walk away from.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_21.jpg
Before leaving, Viole explains to Akraptor that Horyang considers them his family

Akraptor asks for the FUG Slayer to forget about Horyang, but Viole answers that he will not, which confuses Akraptor. Viole explains that having heard Horyang's story, and how Ilmar considers Sweet and Sour his family, he understands the situation Horyang's in given that they both grew up alone since their birth. He states to Akraptor that Horyang left not because he wanted to leave his family due to this choice that's been forced upon him, but because he's probably hoping that someone who cares about him will go after him to bring him back. Viole points out that this exact scenario happened to him in the past, and wishes to help Horyang so that he doesn't have to face this alone, which leaves Akraptor silent.

Getting on the floating bike, Viole states once more that he will bring Horyang back. Akraptor calls out to him trying to get him to stop, but is forced to watch him leave the building. Akraptor is left alone wondering what he should do, but is suddenly greeted by Wangnan, who had been watching the whole thing. Wangnan states that the obvious answer would be to chase after them as well, which confuses Akraptor as to why Wangnan was still awake. Wangnan answers that him being awake is a given since he's been worried about Horyang not returning home, and had actually been working on something to surprise him when he returns. Akraptor suddenly realizes that Wangnan is wearing clothes similar to Horyang's attire.

Getting back to the main subject, Wangnan states once more that they should follow after Viole and Horyang. The reason being that while they can just let Horyang go if he wants to, there's still the possibility Viole explained that Horyang doesn't actually want to leave the people he considers his family. Before Akraptor could reply, Prince, also dressed in Horyang's attire, suddenly appears next to Wangnan, and agrees that they need to follow after them.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_22.jpg
Sweet and Sour decide to follow after Viole to bring back Horyang

Wangnan is shocked to see that Prince was spying as well, which Prince answers that he was waiting for his Lord Devil to return to surprise him with the matching clothing. Prince states once more that they need to go and get him back, which leaves Wangnan confused as to how long Prince was waiting it out here. However, Akraptor informs them of bad news that Viole took the last floating vehicle. He asks the two of they got a spare one to travel with, which Prince and Wangnan both answer that they don't. Akraptor is left disappointed that they can't do anything without a transport vehicle. However, it's at this point that Ehwa, who's also dressed up like Horyang, appears before them, and states that she will take care of it.

Akraptor remains even more confused seeing that Ehwa couldn't get any sleep either, which Ehwa answers that it's a given since she's established herself as the one that will keep an eye on Viole. She informs the group that as someone from a Great Family, she will just call upon someone from Yeon to provide them with a rental floating vehicle. Wangnan questions if she can really make it happen, which Ehwa replies that his question is dumb given she's an heir of the Great Yeon Family. She states that it's time to bring Horyang back, which Wangnan and Prince quickly agree with.

    The Hand of Arlene Trap

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_23.jpg
Khun slowly making his way to the Hand of Arlene to catch up to Nobic and Ran

Switching over to Khun, who's currently behind Ran and Nobic on their way to the Hand of Arlene, the Great Family member is left annoyed that Ran managed to break his lighthouse the moment they arrived here. Wondering what he should do next, Khun admits that it was a bad idea to bring just Ran and Nobic, and is left annoyed that everyone else was forced to do other things: Gyetang caught an illness, Michael chose to stay behind to look after Gyetang, and Dan was left in charge of looking out for Rachel. Khun figures that his best option would be to send Ran and Nobic some spare lighthouses, and hopes that they didn't end up in a dangerous fight.

Back over to Horyang, he's currently standing opposite of his two opponents, Ran and Nobic. Ran asks why Nobic is interfering, which Nobic answers that he wants in on the fun as well. Nobic calls out to Horyang saying that it's nice to finally meet the Devil of the Right Arm, which Nobic also mentions that compared to the picture, he's gained weight. Nobic states that he heard the rumors that the Devil of the Right Arm managed to defeat someone as powerful as Hatsu, and is glad to finally get a chance to fight against the victor, which Horyang thinks to himself that they're still refusing to listen that he's not actually Cassano.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_24.jpg
Cassano orders Horyang through his Observer to follow it to the Hand of Arlene

Thinking over his current situation, Horyang questions what should be his next move given that his opponents are two of the strongest Regulars amongst the E-ranks. Grasping his devil arm, Horyang admits to feeling a bit exhausted at the moment given that he's had to rely on it twice in the same day. Horyang questions if he could withstand using the devil power a third time, but it's at this point that he suddenly hears a voice calling him by his true Ilmar name.

Knowing that the voice came from Cassano, Horyang calls out to the areas around him hoping he will answer, which confuses Nobic and Ran. Cassano tells Horyang to look behind him, which Ilmar sees a floating Observer. Cassano asks for Horyang to follow the Observer as it floats away from the current battlefield. Horyang turns around to chase after it, which causes Nobic and Ran to chase as well. Annoyed that their enemy is running away, the two admit that Horyang is fast. Nobic tries to stall him by throwing his boomerang, but Horyang easily dodges as he continues following Cassano's Observer.

Continuing their chase, Nobic warns Ran not to go too far without being aware of the nearby traps, but Ran jumps ahead anyway. The three of them eventually reach the main entrance of the Hand of Arlene as Horyang enters only to run into a dead end room that only has a statue of a giant spear-user within it. Horyang calls out for Cassano once more only for Ran to finally catch up, and attempts to strike him from behind. Horyang manages to turn around in time to deflect Ran's hook weapon as Nobic manages to catch up as well.

Ran states that this chase is getting annoying, and orders for the Devil of the Right Arm to fight them properly. However, a voice is heard ordering them to wait, and informs Ran and Nobic that the Devil of the Right Arm is not the person they're currently trying to fight. The three of them look to the top of the statue in the room where the voice came from, and spot Cassano, the person with powers similar to Horyang. Cassano informs the two that he's the Devil of the Right Arm.

Sia offers her service to Viole to help search for Horyang

Returning to Khun, he looks to his lighthouse, and realizes that something about it is acting weird. Upon closer inspection, a warning pops up telling him that he had been caught in a trap, which stuns Khun in confusion. Suddenly, a red dart is shot at him from a red tongue appearing out of the sand, and pierces Khun through his chest. Khun looks down in shock at the tongue that sticking out of the ground as he falls on his back.

Switching to Tent Village, Viole arrives at Sia Sia's tent, who finds it surprising that she's had so many guests this night. She asks Viole what he's looking for, which, like Horyang before him, Viole shows the picture of Cassano. Sia goes over the same description she told Horyang, which Viole is left shocked that Ilmar had passed through here. She informs Viole that he went to the Hand of Arlene, the hand-like structure near Tent Village. Viole gets up to leave, and thanks her for the information. Sia leaves him a warning that the area is dangerous due to the traps, and would take awhile for just one person to try to locate Horyang. She offers her service as a light-bearer to help Viole in the search if he pays for her service, and asks if Viole is ok with this, which Viole thinks over.

Back in the Hand of Arlene room, Horyang, Nobic, and Ran watch as Cassano drops down from the statue he's on top of down to the ground floor. Cassano activates the devil powers in his left arm, and launches an attack at Ran, who gets knocked back.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_26.jpg
A reptilian assassin Regular attacks Khun

Nobic attempts to counter with a punch of his own, but Cassano easily jumps out of the way, and lands a devil punch on Nobic, who gets knocked back as well. Horyang tries to call out to his childhood friend as Cassano continues to move towards Nobic and Ran. Shaking off the last attack, Nobic asks who his current enemy is, which Cassano introduces himself as Beniamino Cassano, the Devil of the Right Arm.

Returning to Khun's location, he remains lying unconscious on the ground after being hit by the dart. A green reptile-like Regular appears out of the stand, and states that this turned out to be more boring than he thought. Walking up to Khun, the reptile Regular speaks to himself that this all turned out good for him in the end given that the woman paying him to do this gave him a lot of money. He goes for Khun's earrings knowing that they're valuable, and states that it's thanks to him, and the money the woman gave him, that he can finally get out of this place. However, Khun suddenly wakes up, and grabs the reptile Regular's hand. Khun orders for the reptile Regular to tell him why someone paid him to perform a killing, which causes the Regular to back away. He questions how Khun could still be alive given that his poison dart had shot through his heart, but Khun informs him that it didn't.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_27.jpg
Khun kills the assassin after learning that he was paid by a rabbit-eared Regular

Seeing the Regular confused, Khun pulls out an Armor Inventory that had actually blocked the Regular's poison dart from hitting his body. He explains that it was something that his Great Family father gave him. Khun orders once more for the Regular to tell him why he was paid to do this, but the reptile Regular refuses to answer.

The reptile Regular charges forward stating that he's not some weakling that will lose one-on-one against a light-bearer. However, Khun easily dodges out of the way, and taunts the Regular that his assumption of being a bad fighter is wrong. Grabbing the reptile Regular by neck-locking him from behind, Khun stabs his knife into the Regular's back, and states that he's a light-bearer, because he likes to give orders. The reptile Regular screams out in pain as Khun orders him one last time to tell him what he wants to know, or else he will die.

Breaking out into tears, the Regular answers that it was a female Regular with rabbit ears that put him up to this. and that she paid him to kill the person that was sneaking around the Hand of Arlene. Khun asks if he knows anything else, which the reptile Regular answers that he knows nothing else other than that being the first time he ever met her. The reptile Regular begs for Khun to now let him go, but Khun informs him that he's better off just dying now, and finishes the backstab to kill off the Regular.

Horyang confronts Cassano about what's going on

The reptile Regular's corpse falls to the ground as Khun stands over him claiming that this encounter was stupid. Khun looks over at his lighthouse with the trap message on it, and deduces that it had been hacked by someone, and that said hacker also most-likely hired the person trying to kill him. Continuing to look at the trap message, he's left questioning what the people are trying to catch by using the Devil of the Right Arm as bait.

Back to the Hand of Arlene room, Horyang questions why Cassano had called him out to this place, which Cassano answers that he will know soon enough. The answer confuses Horyang as Cassano charges forward to continue his fight against Nobic and Ran. Nobic remains confused about the current situation wondering if there's actually two Devil of the Right Arm's, but Ran states that it would be good for the two of them to change positions. Ran states that he will throw the spear, which surprises Nobic and Ran is finally going to do it. Ran replies that it's because he wants to end this as quickly as he can.

Seeing Cassano charge at them, Nobic agrees to go along with it as Ran backs off to stand behind him. Nobic activates his Hayeol Style: Crimson Soul Fist shinsu ability, and creates a ball of red shinsu in his hands. Nobic creates a giant red barrier known as Hayeol Style Seal, and manages to immobilize Cassano within the red bubble that surrounds Nobic.

Cassano vs. Ran and Nobic

Cassano then looks in the distance behind Nobic, and sees that Ran had created a giant lightning spear using a Maschenny Technique known as Espada de la Luz. Calling Cassano the slim Devil of the Right Arm, Ran next throws the lightning spear in Cassano's direction, who ends up getting struck through the chest by the lightning.

Outside the Hand of Arlene, Viole and Sia could hear from a distance the sound of the current battle going on inside the structure. Looking into her lighthouse, Sia informs Viole that the sound came from the arm structure as Viole charges off towards the Hand of Arlene. Sia tries to keep up begging for Viole that they go together as her hood falls off her head trying to catch up. A pair of rabbit ears appear on her head to show that she was the one that had paid the reptile Regular to cause Khun's death.

Seeing Viole run ahead of her, Sia calls out to him to slow down, and warns the FUG Slayer that there could still be dangerous traps all around. Viole ignores her warning, which irritates Sia, and forces her to activate one of the traps herself to grab his attention. Stepping on a red sensor, a giant rock arm appears out of the ground, and Sia warns Viole that a trap's been activated. This finally gets Viole to notice as he goes about destroying the activated arm.

Viole and Sia make their way to the Hand of Arlene

Viole returns to Sia to check if she's ok, but she states once more that they should take the journey to the Hand of Arlene slowly. Picking Sia up, Viole replies that they need to hurry as he starts to run again towards the Hand of Arlene. She asks why he's in such a hurry to return to Horyang, which Viole answers that he just knows the person. In return, Sia replies that Horyang would be sad to hear that that's all Viole considers him as. The two of them continue to make their way to the Hand of Arlene as Sia continues to instruct him to follow her path around the traps.

Returning to Khun, he continues to make his way to the Hand of Arlene, but suddenly overhears the battle going on at the structure. Khun looks back to his lighthouse with the trap message on it, which Khun assumes that Nobic and Ran must have also fallen for it.

Thinking over the situation, Khun goes over his current objective, which was to challenge the man Hatsu lost to, the Devil of the Right Arm, with his current team to see if the Regulars he assembled are strong. Pulling out a USB-like device, Khun also states that this task was a test for himself as well.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_31.jpg
Horyang vs. Ran and Nobic

Putting the USB into his lighthouse, Khun talks to himself that he's done a lot of studying ever since Hachuling made a fool out of him in the final Floor of Test exam. He states that he now knows how to track people back to their location, and claims that he will be sure to get back at the hacker. He begins working his lighthouse to discover the location of the person who hacked it.

Back to the room inside the Hand of Arlene, Horyang watches as Ran's Espada de la Luz lightning spear knocks Cassano back into the wall as rubble falls to cover up the Devil of the Right Arm. Horyang calls out to him hoping he's ok, but Ran informs him that it's impossible for someone to live after being struck by his lightning spear through the chest. Getting angry, Horyang powers up his devil arm once more, and states that he will kill them for what they just did.

Seeing Horyang charge at them, Nobic and Ran remain confused as to who is actually the Devil of the Right Arm. Nobic attempts to block Horyang's devil punch with his Hayeol Style Seal sphere like before, but is shocked to see Horyang break through it. He attempts to hold back Horyang's attack with just his fists, but Ran manages to push Nobic away in time before the devil attack could finish him off. Ran then gets ready to face Horyang claiming that the devil he's facing is an annoying one.

Horyang and Ran engage in close-combat as Nobic manages to grab hold of Ilmar from behind. Nobic manages to throw Horyang to the ground, as Ran jumps above Ilmar and begins to prepare a quick lighting arrow aiming for the devil arm. Ran shoots, but Horyang manages to dodge out of the way in time, and breathes a sigh of relief. Nobic gives off a smile admitting that Horyang is tough as the two charge forward ready to punch one another, but before the battle could continue, Horyang takes an attack from an unknown location. Nobic looks at him in confusion seeing a red first having stabbed through Horyang's right torso from behind.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_32.jpg
Cassano stabs Horyang from behind

Horyang looks behind him, and realizes that the attack came from Cassano's devil arm stretching out the rubble he was knocked back into. With his devil powers shutting off, Horyang is left questioning why Cassano did this as he falls to the floor, and is unable to fight any further.

Nobic and Ran remain looking at him in confusion wondering what's going on, but it's at this point that Viole and Sia arrive at the entrance of the Hand of Arlene. The two of them turn around to see the FUG Slayer and Sia entering the room. Viole looks to the man behind Nobic and Ran, and sees that it's an unconscious Horyang bleeding out on the ground. The sight stuns Viole who orders for Nobic and Ran to inform him what they did to Horyang. Ran and Nobic both turn around to see the person greeting them as the latter questions who the newcomer to the Hand of Arlene is.

Back to Khun, he continues to work his lighthouse keyboard in order to find out who the hacker of his lighthouse was. However, upon discovering who it is, he's shocked to see that the hacker is actually Apple from his team. The revelation shocks Khun as he begins to hurry towards the Hand of Arlene; unable to make sense of what Apple is doing, or who she's been targeting.

Seeing Horyang bleeding out on the floor, Sia checks her lighthouse to check on his vital signs, but informs Viole of bad news that Horyang's no longer breathing, and is confirmed to be dead. The revelation shocks Viole as he next orders for Nobic and Ran to tell him if they were the cause of this.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_33.jpg
Viole charges at Nobic and Ran believing that they killed Horyang

Before Nobic could answer, Sia yells out that she saw it on her lighthouse that the two of them had attacked and killed Horyang. Nobic admits that they did attack him, but tries to deny that they were the ones who landed the killing blow. He looks over to the rubble pile where Cassano's devil arm shot out from, but deduces that telling him that someone unseen had attacked from the rubble would be too hard to believe.

Looking back to Viole, Nobic states that he and Ran were indeed the people that killed him, which causes the FUG Slayer to charge at them. He sends a punch at Nobic first, and then follows up a three Bang attack that all send beams of shinsu in Nobic's direction. Ran attempts to charge in from behind with a lightning attack, but notices that the three Bangs are about to fire once more as they protect the FUG Slayer's back side. Ran dodges out of the way of the Bang shinsu beams as he lands next to Nobic; realizing that they're fighting against a wave controller.

Nobic goes over their current situation, and deduces that they're encountered the hardest combination going up against a light-bearer and a wave controller. He also notes that the wave controller is tough due to multiple Bang usage, and may be as powerful as Quaetro Blitz. Ran admits that this is an annoying predicament they're in knowing how crazy and powerful Quaetro turned out to be. Ran states that their primary objective should be to destroy their lighthouse, which Nobic agrees with.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_34.jpg
Viole vs. Nobic and Ran

Ran and Nobic charge at Viole as they continue to dodge out of the way of the FUG Slayer's long ranged Bang attacks. Nobic then throws both his boomerangs, which Viole deflects with his three Bangs. Ran uses this opening to jump up to destroy Viole and Sia's lighthouse with a lightning punch, but are left stunned upon seeing that Viole can actually control up to five Bangs. The two remaining Bangs fire at Ran and Nobic as they both get knocked back.

Nobic and Ran get up after the attack as the former questions if there is someone as high as a C-rank Regular that could control up to five Bangs, which even Ran doesn't know the answer to. They are left confused as to where this guy came from since there's only ten known wave controllers in the Tower that can control more than three Bangs. Nobic asks if Ran can continue knowing that his usage of the Espada de la Luz lightning spear will exhaust him quickly, but Ran informs him that he's fine. Ran states that even though he can't rely on the Espada de la Luz at the moment, there's something similar he can still do, but will requires him to get a direct opening. Powering up his Hayeol abilities, Nobic stands ready to create an opening by blocking Viole's movements so that Ran can use said attack.

Nobic charges forward, and manages to evade each of Viole's shinsu Bangs. The FUG Slayer puts up his arms to defend as Nobic lands a Hayeol Style: Crimson Bell Shock Seal punch that forces Viole up into the air. Nobic calls out to Ran saying that this is his chance as the latter is finished preparing his Maschenny Style: Lanza de Relampago arrow spear, and throws it toward the FUG Slayer.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_35.jpg
Viole defeats Ran and Nobic

However, utilizing Sia's three lighthouses, Viole controls them into a triangle formation to defend against the lightning arrow, and traps the attack inside the lighthouse field. Viole lands back on the ground as a stunned Nobic and Ran realize that their combination had been easily stopped. They are forced to stand by, and watch as the FUG Slayer powers up his five Bangs once more; sending a giant wave of shinsu that blasts Nobic and Ran into the wall behind them.

Ran and Nobic remain lying defeated in the rubble as they both look up at the ceiling in defeat admitting that this has been a rough day. Viole uses this moment of silence to ask why they killed Horyang. In anger, Viole explains that Horyang had a place to return to that had people waiting for him to come back, but now, he can't anymore after what they did to him. He asks once more why they killed him, which Nobic chooses to tell the truth this time that even though they fought Horyang, they weren't the ones who killed him, which leaves Viole confused.

Nobic explains that within the pile of rubble nearby, there's a second Devil of the Right Arm within it. He states that Viole will know the truth about Horyang's killer if he discovers the man in the rubble, but Sia yells out that Nobic's lying.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_36.jpg
Khun arrives at the Hand of Arlene

Sia states once more that she saw it on her lighthouse that they killed Horyang, and that what they're saying is an excuse to buy some time to recover. She informs Viole that their best option would be to use this chance to finish Ran and Nobic off, but before Viole could react, they hear a voice calling for his two teammates at the entrance of the Hand of Arlene. Viole turns to see who the voice is, and is left shocked to see Khun standing before them.

Looking into the Hand of Arlene room, Khun spots a Regular that happens to have rabbit ears like what the reptile Regular had informed him about. He spots the defeated Nobic and Ran, and begins to run to them hoping their ok, but is ordered to stop by Sia, who's now holding up a device with a red button. She warns Khun not to take another step, or else everyone in the room will die here, which shocks everybody.

Sia explains that she installed a bomb inside the Hand of Arlene, and that the moment she presses the button, the bomb will blow up, and everyone will die. Viole tries to ask what's going on, but notices moments after that Sia had sent a message on her lighthouse for only the FUG Slayer to see. That if he continues to move any further, everyone here will die. Below the message has his Slayer Candidate name written out to show that Sia knows his identity as Jue Viole Grace. The revelation shocks Baam realizing that this is FUG making contact with him.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_37.jpg
Sia and Cassano reveal themselves to be members of FUG

Still holding up the bomb trigger, Sia orders for Cassano to appear out of the rubble, which he does so, and walks toward Viole and Sia. Cassano picks up Horyang's unconscious body as Viole gets another message on Sia's lighthouse that if he chooses not to follow them to FUG, it will return in the loss of two of his precious friends. FUG asks on the lighthouse what Viole will choose to do, which the FUG Slayer begins to fear if this was a set up since the beginning.

Still confused about what's going on, Khun calls out to them wondering what's going on, and who they're baiting towards the Hand of Arlene. Sia answers that they're ordinary Regulars that live in Tent Village, but also informs him that the man standing before him is Jue Viole Grace, FUG's new Slayer Candidate. Khun is left in confusion at the revelation as Ran and Nobic are seen finally realizing why their opponent that defeated the two of them was such a monster.

Sia explains that a while back, an anonymous person came before her, nad states that a man who will become God will visit Tent Village soon, and that if she helped him out, she will be rewarded with wealth and honor. She asked the anonymous person how she would fit into this, which the person answered that she had to kill the powerful E-rank Regulars that could get in the way of their God ascending the Tower. Pointing at Khun, Sia states that Viole has come to kill him since he's been established as one of the powerful E-rankers. She continues her explanation that the spy within Khun's team was all within their plan to make sure that Khun would be caught in their trap at the Hand of Arlene.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_38.jpg
Viole attempts to force Khun to run away before anything bad happens

A shocked Khun thinks over his current situation, and wonders if it's all true that Apple sending him the information on the Devil of the Right Arm, and the reptile Regular attacking him, was all a means to lead him here so that Viole could kill him. Mad that he's unable to do anything about this situation, Viole lies to Khun that it was indeed all a plan for him to die.

Viole states that it was he that laid the traps for him, but has now changed his mind, because he enjoyed seeing Khun stunned in fear regarding this turn of events, and would be enjoyable to see Khun run away in fear. The FUG Slayer adds that he will be merciful here, and let Khun go for his own amusement, which confuses Khun. Viole thinks back to the time he spent as Baam alongside Khun and Rak, and figures that he won't be able to go back to that time. He orders for Khun to leave, and to never meet the FUG Slayer again.

Viole turns around to leave, but is surprised when he hears Khun start talking back to him. Khun replies that the speech Viole gave him just now sounded pretty weak for someone trying to be an evil king, and that it sounded more like a person trying to act out a couple lines from a lame novel.

Khun deduces that Viole is trying to let him go on purpose, and orders for the FUG Slayer to be more straight forward with him. Viole begins to sweat as he confirms that someone like Khun is just impossible to try to trick. Keeping up the act so that FUG doesn't pull anything, Viole continues to walk away, and states that he's done talking to him. Having gotten enough rest, it's at this point that Ran and Nobic nod to one another to fight once more as Ran fires a small lightning bolt to hit the bomb trigger out of Sia's hand.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_39.jpg
Sia activates the bomb to destroy the Hand of Arlene, and Khun along with it

Nobic charges forward, and manages to grab the trigger; taunting Sia that she should have been more careful. In a hurry to make sure that nothing bad happens, Viole controls Sia's three lighthouses to immobilize Nobic in her lighthouse field. Viole begins to walk away again, and upon passing Sia, states that he will go with her. However, he warns her that should she play around with the lives of his friends like this again, he will kill everyone. However, Sia holds up the trigger again, and yells out that Viole wanted to play nice, but their actions have ruined his good will, and now that he's furious, he will reward them with death.

Viole is left stunned by the statement, and watches as Sia presses the trigger to blow up the Hand of Arlene. She leaves off saying that she felt his anger when Viole claimed that he will kill everyone, and that this confirms that he's her God. The Hand of Arlene begins to explode as Sia stretches out her arms ready for their deaths to begin.

Nobic and Ran attempt to escape finding it unbelievable how crazy Sia turned out to be as she announces that this is a new era for the FUG Slayer. The ground all around them begins to explode as Sia announces for them all to feel the pain of this fiery hell pit. Viole calls out to Khun hoping that nothing happens to him as Khun gets hit with a realization that the person calling out to him sounded a lot like Baam. Beams of red shinsu begins to shoot out of the Hand of Arlene as the structure begins to fall apart due to Sia's bomb.

As the Hand of Arlene begins to crumble, Viole continues to yell out to Khun to run away, and that this was all a trap. Khun remains confused about Viole possibly being Baam as he spots Nobic and Ran getting trapped in the exploding rubble.

After the Hand of Arlene Explodes

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_40.jpg
Apple and Michael reveal themselves to Dan as moles working for FUG

Khun watches as a giant rock golem appears out of the ground, and encases Viole, Ran, and Nobic inside it. He thinks back to Emile's message telling him that Baam's alive, and is starting to see that Viole is him. A giant explosion occurs that ends up destroying the hand of Arlene completely.

Switching over to Khun's home, Apple is seen eating an apple as she continues to work her lighthouse. Nearby, Michael is seen taking care of Gyetang by placing what is believed to be medicine into the bird's mouth while the bird sleeps in bed. However, the medicine drools out of the bird's mouth; showing that Michael had actually poisoned Gyetang to death. Michael wipes the poison off Gyetang's face, and taunts the bird that it won't get any better if it doesn't swallow it's medicine.

A tied up, and beaten, Dan is seen on the floor nearby ordering the bastard to stop what he's doing. Michael looks over at him, which Dan asks why he's continuing do to that since Gyetang is already dead. Dan calls Apple and Michael traitors for what they just did, which Michael continues to taunt that he truly was trying to cure Gyetang, but Dan refuses to believe it, and states that he believes that Michael had been poisoning Gyetang this entire time.

Dan orders for Michael to tell him who they really are, which Apple answers that they're Regulars who received orders from FUG to sneak into Khun's team, and kill him. The revelation shocks Dan hearing that they're somehow connected to FUG.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_41.jpg
Apple explains to Dan that they infiltrated Khun's team to help FUG trap him

Dan asks why FUG wishes for Khun to be dead, which Apple answers that she has no proper answer for that since they were just ordered to become part of Khun's team, and to set up a trap for him when the time was right. Apple reveals to Dan that she first approached Khun as a worthy ally with the rare ability to be a scout that could also use lighthouses, and had recommended Michael to join the team as well. She adds that her order was to lead Khun to the Devil of the Right Arm, and that FUG would take over from there to lead Khun into their trap. Apple finishes her explanation that she hacked Khun's lighthouse so that he won't be able to use it to survive the trap.

Apple's explanation stuns Dan, who realizes that even someone as tricky as Khun could get stabbed in the back. Dan states that Khun trusted Apple and Michael for years as they made their way up the Tower Floors, and that a betrayal like this happening is what he tried to warn Khun about since it's the main reason as to why he wanted to stop climbing the Tower. He asks what Apple and Michael plan to do with him now that it's come to this, which Apple answers that the obvious conclusion would be to finish Dan off since she already told him the entire plan. However, it's at this point that Rachel enters the room begging her not to do it.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_42.jpg
Dan taunts Rachel for kicking away her friends with her two working legs

Rachel explains to Apple that everything Dan has done up to this point has been against his will due to Khun forcing him into the group. Sticking out her hand, Rachel asks for Dan to continue climbing the Tower with her, and asks for him to be her legs from now on. However, Dan gives off a chuckle, and states that he had forgotten that she was here. Hating himself for forgetting about Rachel, Dan states that he's an idiot for not realizing that the real traitor has been here all along, and that Rachel must have asked for help from FUG to kill Khun.

Rachel remains shocked by Dan's words as he orders her to get lost. He taunts Rachel that she has the ability to walk on her own two legs, and that she used those legs to kick away her two friends. In anger, Rachel grabs a small needle, and continuously stabs Dan with it, including damaging his legs. Blood is seen splattered all over the room as Apple and Michael remain watching. Rachel is left exhausted after stabbing Dan multiple times, and informs the bleeding Dan that he doesn't know anything about her, and that she did nothing wrong.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arc28_43.jpg
Sweet and Sour arrive too late

Back to what is left of the Hand of Arlene, Viole remains trapped inside the rock golem with Nobic and Ran that protected them from the explosion; continuously shouting no, and refusing to believe that Khun may have just died.

Viole falls to the ground unable to accept what just happened. Breaking down into tears, he orders for FUG to tell him what he did wrong here.

Some time later, Wangnan and company jump off the vehicle that Ehwa rented from her Great Family at the rubble where the Hand of Arlene once stood. Wangnan, Prince, Ehwa and Akraptor all look at the rubble in shock; confused as to what had just happened here.
