Kevin has a crush on his dental hygienist, who admires Kevin for his bravery, particularly with him going to school. When Kevin gets his first cavity, he worries about being scared in front of her, and ends up lying about his house having been caught on fire to get his visit rescheduled, and asks her boss to let him have his filling be done by another dentist. But when he sees her at the office and learns that she's leaving to go to school, Kevin decides to have her fill his cavity.
