The Phone Call is the fifth episode from the first season of The Wonder Years.
Kevin is attracted to Lisa Berlini, but is afraid to tell her. He tells Paul, who decides to ask one of Lisa's friends if she knows how Lisa feels about Kevin. Unfortunately, this leads to the whole school finding out. Embarrassed, Kevin pretends to be sick so he won't have to face the school, but at night he tries to get up the nerve to call her. After watching television coverage of the moon landing, Kevin decides he doesn't need to be afraid and finally does call her.
