Egon and Slimer are leaving a concert hall, with Slimer having enjoyed himself greatly. Egon gives him a conductor's baton, and Slimer first tries to eat it, but when told what it's for, has fun with it. Egon then suggests Slimer start his own symphony, which he agrees to do.
He goes to Chilly, who agrees to sing, then starts putting posters up advertising his symphony, nicknaming himself "Prof. Ludwig Von Slimer". Meanwhile, Dweeb and Elizabeth are at the park, when Slimer hands them a poster. Dweeb reads it, but gets angry that Slimer called himself a "professor". He then gets another idea for how to catch him.
On the day of the concert, Slimer conducts his symphony, with Chilly singing, Bud on guitar, Rudy on piano, Luigi on drums (though he mostly uses pots and pans), and Janine and Mrs. Van Huego dancing and singing the BVs. Meanwhile, Dweeb and Elizabeth sneak up with Dweeb's invention that will turn things into rubber.
He sprays the band with the spray, making them turn into (still living) rubber people and bounce around, but Mrs. Van Huego lands on the tank of it, breaking it and launching Dweeb into the air. He then starts bouncing uncontrollably due to the spray, but the band plays on. That night, Dweeb is still under the effects of the spray.
