A mysterious rain cloud causes everyone in Townsville to be sad. While the girls are immune to the effects, Blossom and Buttercup are arguing with each other, forcing Bubbles to trace the sadness to a lugubrious bear named Largo.
This episode contains examples of:
- Disability Immunity: Zig-zagged. Like Allegro's rainbow, all three of the girls are immune to Largo's rain cloud. However, Blossom and Buttercup are already angry with each other, and pay no attention to what happens to the rest of Townsville's population. Forcing Bubbles to solve the problem on her own.
- The Eeyore: Largo, who is pretty much the opposite of his fellow component, Allegro. His rain cloud turn everyone except the girls into this too.
- Literal Split Personality: We find that Allegro and Largo are actually two halves of one being, the Cosmic Bear. Allegro represents Cosmic Bear's more fun-loving side while Largo is his more negative traits.
- Nightmare Face: Bubbles makes one when Blossom, Buttercup and Allegro initially refuse to play tea party together, scaring all three into submission.
- Threatening Mediator: Bubbles virtually forces the two arguing parties to make peace in order to rid the city of the rain cloud.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Bubbles brings Allegro the Panda to her tea party in an effort to make up with Largo and stop the rain cloud. But despite trying to force everyone to party and have fun, even Allegro can't stand Largo, so he tries to leave.
- Wham Episode: This one covers Allegro's origins. He was actually one being known as the Cosmic Bear but was split into two by a storm: Allergo, Cosmic Bear's more cheery side and Largo, his dowry side. At the end of the episode, Bubbles manages to get the two to cooperate and this allows Cosmic Bear to reform back into his old self, effectively ending Allegro's threat.
