Michael organizes one last Dundies ceremony and, intending to perpetuate the tradition by passing the torch to Deangelo, ropes him in as his co-host. Deangelo however turns out to have crippling stage fright. Dwight is still seething at Michael for not recommending him as his replacement. Erin realizes she wants to break up with Gabe.
