- Finishing Move: The Critic superimposes a Mortal Kombat "FINISH HIM!" vocal and graphic over the movie as Drago punches Apollo for the last time.
- Fun with Subtitles: At the end of the film, when Rocky gives a big speech to the Russian audience, he speaks in English so there's a Russian translator on hand. In the Nostalgia Critic review, subtitles are added, all of which are disparaging towards Rocky.
