For this game, each player invites a guest. Sungyu invites his boss, the producer of Infinite Lee Jungyeop. Kyungran brought her friend from KAIST University, Kyungheon. Jinho is with fellow StarCraft player, Nada. Sangmin invited tv host Haha from Running Man.

Main match is mostly the same Scamming Horse Race from episode 5 but with a gimmick — four remaining players are locked up in their rooms while partners are doing all the legwork — exchanging hints, betting and so on. All players are shown additional clues each three rounds. Race lasts for 12 rounds. More clues can be bought with garnets and their price gets higher after each purchase starting from three garnets and up.

Sunggyu who has stupid amount of garnets from his last game gets a good initial hint and buys all extra three hints spending 13 garnets (which is more than some players have total). This enrages Sangmin because doing so he reduces prize pool and Sangmin is probably the only contestant who actually needs money, being bankrupt and all.

Since Sunggyu and his producer acquired more hints than everyone else, everybody just start following their bets. Producer Jungyeop doesn't help their cause because he keeps betting first istead of waiting for others. And Sunggyu can't even say anything to him, with him being his boss.

Sangmin and Haha figured out 1st and 2nd place by trading hints and start to make a show of betting on random horses while increasing their bets on 5 and 8 as side bets. Eventually 5 and 8 collect enough chips that it becomes obvious they are winners.

Sunggyu's team despite having all the hints and garnets is in a losing position — all their bets were followed, diluting their prize to nothing. Desperate Sunggyu starts to write chain of letters to Sangmin who is sitting across the corridor hoping to earn his cooperation. He even adds garnets to his words of eternal respect to his "dear sunbae" in later letters.

Game ends and it's 8 and 5. Sangmin and Haha who have the most bets on them win the game. Kyungheon who kept betting on 5 despite Kyungran's objections (for some reason she thought it was a distraction) wins 2nd place for her.

Jinho and Sunggyu go to Deathmatch. After prolonged game of Tactical Yutnori Jinho wins, eliminating Sunggyu.

Tropes:

  • Asian Speekee Engrish: when Sangmin is told that Kyungran's partner is an English teacher, Sangmin tries to tell him something in his broken Konglish.
  • The Dreaded: both Sangmin and Sunggyu describe Kyungran as "scary lady":
Sunggyu: Kyungran is the scariest person i know, after my father.
  • Hyper-Competent Sidekick: Kyungheon is true MVP of the main match. He saves Kyungran from Deathmatch directly disobeying her (wrong) orders.
  • Locked in a Room: players can't leave their rooms, trading hints, betting — all interaction is done through guests.
