  • Badass Biker: The Baxter sisters are talented motorcycle stunt riders who rob people while disguised as motorcycle cops.
  • Big Sister Bully: Kate is quick to throw verbal abuse at Billie Ann whenever she wavers in their criminal career and also seems to be The Corruptor for her.
  • Dating Catwoman: Coy and Billie Ann's relationship, it is genuine and she grows reluctant to exploit it and seems to toy with the idea of staying in Hazzard and stopping her crimes.
  • Love Makes You Crazy: Coy's obvious romantic feelings for Billie Ann Baxley clouds his judgement and suspicions over the stunt show being used as a front for a hijacking ring, and leads to a temporary estrangement from his family.
  • Maybe Ever After: Coy and Billie Ann at the end, with the final shot being open to interpretation about whether or not there is a chance for them after she gets out of jail or if their seeing each other for the last time, especially after she stopped her sister from shooting him and he clearly feels betrayed but says they could have had something.
  • Recycled Premise: Much of the premise of this episode is identical to "Carnival Of Thrills." Here, Coy falling for a beautiful operator of a stunt show only for her to harbor criminal secrets, Vance discovering the truth but unable to get through to Coy, Coy so angered by the revelations that he gets into a fight with Vance, and then Coy learning only later that Vance was right about the woman.
  • The Runaway: Coy decides he needs to get away from Vance ... and for more than a little while ... after his big falling out with the family.
  • Special Guest: Shawn Weatherly, who plays this week's villain Billie Ann Baxley, was the 1980 Miss USA and 1981 Miss Universe.
  • Villains Out Shopping: Small Town Tyrants Boss and Rosco are merrily coming home from a fair in a neighboring country with their prizes at the start of the episode when they get robbed.
