Tyler asks Strong Bad how one can tell if someone has a stupid butt. Strong Bad briefly explains the concept of the Transitive Butt Property, where the stupidity of someone's butt (such as "our friend Homestar Runner") is always equal to or greater than the stupidity of his head. And since Homestar's head is so stupid, his butt is at least as stupid, if not moreso.
