Deputy Chief of Police David Hale obtains a warrant to search the club's burnt down warehouse, and Jax suggests a non-violent way to throw him off the club's trail. Meanwhile, Opie and Donna each face a difficult decision with SAMCRO, and Wayne Unser, the corrupt Chief of Police, sends Clay on a protection run.

- N-Word Privileges: Jimmy Cacuzza: "Kiss my guinea ass."
- Pet the Dog: Hale expresses sorrow to Jax for Wendy and Abel's predicament, and is willing to give SAMCRO a friendly heads-up about not looking the other way when it comes to their more illicit activities.
