Hikaru and Hayate argue over the latter's usage of his Earth Power.
Episode Tropes:
- Both Sides Have a Point: On Hikaru's side, he was right to use his Earth Power against some rebellious teenagers as they were harming a horse with their slingshot. On Hayate's side, using Earth Power against humans, no matter what, is not okay.
- Deus ex Machina: So the Gingamen can apparently create sunlight with Earth Power without any explanation or foreshadowing.
- Energy Absorption: Sambash sends out Dreddredder to absorb electricity in hopes of reviving Daitanix.
- "Eureka!" Moment: When Hikaru fights Dreddredder alone, Moak says they are in a place where his roots cannot find them. Hayate realizes he means the roof tops and calls Gingafalcon to help out.
- Internal Reveal: The Gingamen learn about Balban's plan to revive Daitanix at the beginning of the episode.
- Post-Victory Collapse: Hikaru collapses after Dreddredder dies due to using too much Earth Power in the battle.
- With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility: What Hayate tries to get through to Hikaru. Using their Earth Powers is fine as long as its used properly (aka, defending the Earth). It takes Hikaru running out of Earth Power briefly to get that message to heart.
