Chibi-Usa is from the future: 30th Century Tokyo. After a brief moment to cool down, she invites Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Venus, Luna and Artemis to come to her future and save Crystal Tokyo from certain doom at the hands of Black Moon. However, travelling through time, or even knowing about time travel, is absolutely taboo, and the guardian of time- Sailor Pluto- is prepared to uphold that law.

- Denser and Wackier: This episode as a lot more comedy, akin to the 90s anime, than the previous episodes.
- Sexy Discretion Shot: Mamoru and Usagi kiss and fall on the floor of his apartment, then the scene ends. When they're seen again the next morning, Usagi is lacking the cute blouse she was wearing under her dress.
