Chibi-Usa is from the future: 30th Century Tokyo. After a brief moment to cool down, she invites Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Venus, Luna and Artemis to come to her future and save Crystal Tokyo from certain doom at the hands of Black Moon. However, travelling through time, or even knowing about time travel, is absolutely taboo, and the guardian of time- Sailor Pluto- is prepared to uphold that law.
