For saving Captain and Zero in the last episode, Shute is made an official member of the Gundam Force and SDG. The Dark Axis Commander puts the destructive Destroyer Dom on Zapper's squad for their failure to capture them. The Dark Axis attacks Lab C, where the SDG is building their own Dimension Transport Device, and another and powerful new Gundam appears- the samurai Bakunetsumaru.

- Big Entrance: Bakunetsumaru shows up just as the fight against the Dark Axis is looking grim. Said entrance involved riding upon his horse Entango, while the pair emerged from a fireball.
- How Did You Know? I Didn't: The SDG thinks the Dark Axis' appearance at Lab C was a planned assault. In truth, the Zakurello Gate dumped them there because it was malfunctioning.
- Noodle Incident: Zapper and Grappler don't want to work with Destroyer Dom due to such incidents, such as a time when Destroyer fried Grappler's mother board, and another that causes Zapper's device manager to freeze up now and then.
- "Shaggy Dog" Story: The Gundam Force fight to protect the Dimensional Transport Device from the Dark Axis...only for the machine to be destroyed by Bakunetsumaru's special move!
