Italian Title: Il saggio Ogniguscio

Air date: October 29th, 2010

Kate has breakfast with Magic in Ava's room until the Royal Guards come in and take them to go on a journey to see Evershell.

Meanwhile, while Zull and Gort were in the middle of building Eva's camp, they stopped to eat until they got in a fight over grapes. Turns out that Krakia has been stealing and eating them. Eva eventually makes a deal with Krakia for her to join her gang as their aerial scout and they would share their food with her.

Kate and the Royal Guards find a secret underground slide below the castle which serves as a shortcut to the forest. They eventually went inside a cave, jumping over rocks on a rapid stream and reach a canyon. Kate shows her bravery by walking over the bridge with Magic. Then, they enter another cave full of animal sculptures and encounter Evershell's two guards: a panther and a cheetah, who at first thought they were intruders.

They finally meet Evershell who gives them a riddle to solve after William tells him what happened yesterday:

"When streams or fountains may run dry, be alert, and keen of eye. For a Magic Drop shining bright, can make a wrong into a right. I do not have all the answers, but I do have one clue. To find out who was there and now is gone, rely on who was not here, for she is the one."
