The rangers have completed another successful mission, but due to a solar flare the video could not be transmitted back to headquarters. Kruger wants a rundown of the events, which everyone is more than happy to give their account of. But what really happened?
"Perspective" Provides examples of:
- Deadpan Snarker: After the rangers give their own, conflicting accounts of the robbery, Kruger exasperately states that its clear that it will never be clear what happened.
- Internal Reveal: The rangers finally notice the glowing, floating ball of light that's been around since the Samurai episode.
- Hypocritical Humor: Bridge claims that he didn't lose count of how many Krybots he's destroyed after both Jack and Sky tell their versions. Yet, when its his turn to tell the story he does exactly that.
- "Rashomon"-Style: The same mission is retold by all five of the Rangers, with each one of them having major Self-Serving Memory. At the end, the footage of the actual battle is shown, where it is revealed that during the battle the Rangers were almost overwhelmed by an army of Krybots before being saved by the glowing floating ball.
- Running Gag: Bridge losing track of how many Krybots he's taken down during the fight. Its the only consistency between every version of events, including the real version.
- Self-Serving Memory: Each of the team gives an account that makes them look good.
