Misty is working in the Cerulean Gym, feeding and taking care of the Pokemon. At the same time, Butch and Cassidy are given orders by Dr. Namba to steal a Delcatty from a young boy named Georgio living in Cerulean City. Meanwhile, Casey is trying to get tickets for the biggest Electabuzz game of the year. Tracey arrives at the gym to deliver Pokemon food. Casey arrives just as Tracey does and meets him and Misty. Georgio sends a letter to Misty, asking her to meet him at the lighthouse. It turns out that he has a crush on her wants to take her out on a date, and he also has two Electabuzz tickets for the big game, to the delight of Casey.
