As Monstrox advances on the capital, the Knights desperately rally everyone and everything they can to defeat him.
Tropes:
- 11th-Hour Superpower:
- Clay gains the ability to use magic, broadcasting Nexo powers without the need of Merlok, and can turn his arm into a sword.
- Merlok gets downloaded into a mech body, allowing him to take to the field.
- Descriptiveville: The last village before Knightonia is Suburbburgh. According to Lance, it's very dull and unmemorable.
- Heroic RRoD: Robin passes out once the battle's over, having been pushing himself for days.
- Literally Shattered Lives: How the Colossus is finally destroyed; using Nexo powers, the Knights turn the otherwise unbreakable stone to crystal, and smash the living daylights out of it.
- No Ontological Inertia: The Rogul all turn to stone with Monstrux's defeat.
- Sequel Hook: Quite a few were left, and never resolved due to the series's cancellation.
- We still don't know the identity of Clay's father.
- Most of the stone monsters are still out there.
- Ruina is still evil, and picks up a shard of the Colossus containing Monstrux.
- Clay vows to find Ruina and figure out how she became what she became.
- Shout-Out:
- In order to turn on the jet, Robin and Ava exclaim "Knightonium batteries to power, turbines to speed!"
- One last Monty Python for the road, with a panicking guardbot, realizing he's fine, exclaiming "I feel happy!"
- Trauma Button: Axl's left scarred by his trip through (and out) the Colossus's stomach, so much so the word stomach sets him off.
- Villain: Exit, Stage Left: The majority of the stone monsters flee into the distance once Monstrux is defeated.
