An announcement from Pootie Shoe that he will no longer be streaming Mythic Quest sends shockwaves through the office. Ian, Poppy, Brad, and Dana attend a convention for streamers in an effort to find another popular influencer they can convince to stream MQ, only for Poppy to find herself being wooed to jump ship to rival studio Cold Alliance Games. With Poppy (apparently the only woman in the office in a position of any prominence) away, David is left frantically trying to find other female employees to talk to a visiting group from Girls Who Code, an organization which encourages young girls to pursue careers as software developers. Meanwhile, Dana and C.W. have a philosophical debate over whether story in video games is best presented through gameplay or cutscenes.

- Call-Forward: A cosplayer at the convention is dressed as Roscoe, who we learn later in the season is a Dark Quiet Death mascot character introduced after the franchise started pursuing mainstream appeal.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Poppy calling the Cold Alliance executive she met at the con, finally frustrated enough with how things are going at MQ to consider leaving.
- Innocent Innuendo: Rachel and C.W. relate their discussion of the best way to present story in games in terms which makes it sound like they've just had a sexual encounter in the testers' cave, much to the dismay of David when he brings the Girls Who Code group by.
- Mistaken Age: When the vertically-challenged Poppy is wearing a cosplay outfit which conceals her face, Brad thinks she's a ten year old child.
