Season 1
Season One introduces the audience to the staff behind developing Mythic Quest, the world's most successful MMORPG, most importantly charismatic creative visionary Ian Grimm Jr. and socially underappreciated programming powerhouse Poppy Li.
- Pilot: With the release of Mythic Quest's newest expansion quickly approaching, Poppy and Ian get caught up in an argument when he finds out she implemented a shovel functionality he doesn't think is cool enough.
- The Casino: When Pootie Shoe draws attention to the Masked Man character that was heavily advertised in the game, Brad wants to tie in a grand reveal of his identity with the opening of an in-game casino. While Ian and C.W. try to figure out who the Masked Man is (as they had never actually written that plotline), David and Poppy deal with the fallout of Brad leaving the company in protest for their distaste of the casino.
- Dinner Party: The release of Poppy's new feature, Dinner Party, gets bogged down when the crew has to deal with the popularity of Mythic Quest among fascists. David leads a task force to try to figure out how to deal with the subject.
- The Convention: After Pootie Shoe reveals he stopped playing Mythic Quest and is now playing a rival game, Brad, Ian, and Penny scout a convention for a streamer to take his place. A Girls Who Code group makes a field trip to the the office.
- A Dark Quiet Death: This flashback episode tells the story of Doc and Beans, a young, game-loving couple in the 90s who found their own studio and create the hit horror game Dark Quiet Death.
- Non-Player Character: Poppy visits Cold Alliance Games for a possible job. David deals with a strange bug in the game. Dana starts her job as a streamer for Mythic Quest. Ian feels threatened by Paul, a new programmer who is much taller and stronger than him.
- Permadeath: Ian challenges the hacker to an in-game duel.
- Brendan: Ian takes Poppy to a mysterious meeting as she wonders how to break the news to him that she is leaving the company. Rachel tries to cheer up a tired Dana.
- [[Mythic Quest S 01 E 09 Blood Ocean]: David tries to go to bat for MQ staff who want overtime pay. Ian's newest creative inspiration increases the tension between him and Poppy to its highest level yet. Rachel makes an appeal to Brad for Dana's sake.
Season 2
Ian and Poppy try to figure out how to work together as co-creative directors, but they have fundamentally different visions on the direction for MQ's next expansion.

Season 3
