When flamboyant filmmaker Viddy Narcy gets a piece rejected, he's given Asteroid Video Man by Slur to make people understand his genius and paints downtown (and half of Lan's face) pink.
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Video Man animates statues around town and enlarges them to stomp around.
- Color-Coded Characters: Video Man's pink viruses don't attack Roll. Mayl and Lan speculate its because she's pink thus the viruses don't know she's an enemy. Lan uses Roll Soul to give Mega Man the same benefit.
- Mini-Mecha: Narcy filmed Charlie's helicopter and made miniature versions of it to distract him, Lan, and Mayl.
- Mythology Gag: After his defeat, Narcy is approached by Sunayama and called "Yamashita Hidenosuke", his real name from Battle Network 4.
- Transforming Mecha: Mega Man performs Double Soul with Gyro Man and work together to defeat Video Man with a double Tornado Arm.
