With Beyondard Dr. Wily resurrected through the Super Cybeast, he begins his conquest of the regular world.
- Accidental Pervert: With the Beast Element leaking over to the regular world, Bubble Man materializes underneath Tesla, which prompts her to kick him.
- The Cameo: Beyondard Ms. Millions, Al Ferry, Mick, and the other kids from Pat's village are briefly seen when Beyondard Dr. Wily announces Gregar and Falzer's armies are both under his control and the two worlds will soon be his to rule.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Lan using the Cross Fusion Beast form is able to trounce Grezar and end Beyondard Dr. Wily's reign.
- Foreshadowing:
- Dark Scythe throws a bomb into Blackbeard's helicopter leaving their whereabouts unknown.
- Notice how Press and Moliarty aren't seen with the other Beyondard residents during Dr. Wily's public announcement.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here:
- Blackbeard and Yuika load their bags onto a helicopter to escape the chaos.
- Grezar starts deleting the Beastized viruses and absorbs their remaining data fragments. The other viruses try to run to no avail.
- While Bubble Man was willing to fight off the Beastized viruses, he decides to leave when Grezar appears knowing its too much for him to handle.
- There's No Place Like Home: Lan, Mayl, Chaud, Laika, and Dingo return home.
- We Can Rebuild Him: Lan is too late in saving Trill and the young navi disintegrates into raw data. Dr. Hikari tells them they can use Mega Man to rebuild Trill as they were built by their world's respective Tadashi Hikari and having fused together to form Mega Man's Beast Out forms, they can use Mega Man as a base.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Dr. Hikari deduces that the Beast Element was created by the Dimensional Area Laboratory and Wily Research Facility activating their dimensional area generators at the same time, hypothesizes they can do the same thing to delete the Beast Element using Sci Lab's generators to substitute for Dimensional Area Laboratory's now defunct generators and are able to briefly delete the Beastized viruses. Beyondard Dr. Wily puts a stop to it by infecting Mega Man with the Beast Element.
