A woman is raped by a man whom she believes is the same one previously arrested for stalking her. The investigation soon turns deadly, especially for Carisi when he and Olivia visit the prime suspect's home only to get involved in a shootout. Meanwhile, Tucker and Olivia's relationship has the potential to get more serious, which leaves Olivia conflicted.
