The abduction of a six-year-old boy (Iain Armitage) following his mother's (Rachelle Lefevre) wild drug party brings forward several suspects and multiple locations and tip-offs. Rollins and Benson, both mothers themselves, find themselves stressing over the case as the hours go by without finding the boy, which leads Benson to make a decision about her and Tucker's relationship.

- Anti-Villain: Gloria, Theo's nanny. All she wanted was to take Theo to Mexico to live with her parents, away from Nadine and her carefree lifestyle. Carsi and Fin believed that he would have been happier and better taken care of in Mexico.
- Parental Neglect: Nadine loves Theo, but cares more about partying with friends then tending to his needs.
