Page Ferguson, who works for the Brooklyn District Attorney's office, is found dead on top of her car, apparently having been thrown from a roof above, and with significant rape trauma on her body. The main initial suspect is a member of the Latin Kings. However, the deceased's partner (Shohreh Aghdashloo) in the D.A.'s office starts to look more and more suspicious as she interferes with the investigation and it is revealed that a large amount of cash went missing from a case that that the two were working on.
