The General is being given an award for his service and wants Mr. Black and Mr. White to do a speech about him. However, Mr. Black was in the midst of a mind swapping experiment and swapped bodies with a ram, the process of which will take a while to reverse. Thus, the two go to Susan and Mary for help. The sisters' solution is to swap out Johnny's mind into Mr. Black's body and have him do the speech. Complications arise when they accidentally put the ram's mind into Johnny, and the sisters have to track him down when it runs off. Additionally, Johnny, Dukey, and the agents have to contend with Mr. Mittens, who has designs on using a mind swapping gun to take over the General's body so he can have his own army.
Tropes:
- A Twinkle in the Sky: Susan and Mary get launched into the air a few times while trying to wrangle Ram Johnny. This likewise happens to the General at the end.
- A-Team Firing: Once again, Susan is a lousy shot as she and Mary try to tranquilize Goat Johnny. Mary gives it a try later and likewise misses, hitting Mr. White instead when they follow the ram to the award ceremony.
- Continuity Nod: One of the people at the award ceremony is the midget wrestler Johnny was mistaken for in "The Masked Johnny". Apparently, the wrestler builds libraries in his spare time when not wrestling.
- Grand Theft Me: Mr. Mittens attempts to do this to the general, but his butler Albert keeps having his aim interrupted and hits other people instead.
- Running Gag: Ram Johnny constantly ramming people. It does pull a Big Damn Heroes near the end by headbutting Mr. Mittens to keep him from getting the General's body.
