North Pole Jail Hole is a 1961 Felix the Cat cartoon, directed by Joe Oriolo and distributed by Trans-Lux.

The episode starts in the North Pole, where Felix is staying in an Igloo. Inside, Felix is making a call to a Zookeeper, telling him he has the walrus he wants. The Zookeeper's reason for wanting one is so that the female walrus at the zoo can have a companion. When he finds out Felix went all the way to the North Pole to get the walrus, the Zookeeper urges Felix to get back home asap. Felix gets cold and warms up a nice drink for himself, only for his tea to freeze in mid air. Felix then urges the walrus, Walter, to stop fanning himself and get going. Meanwhile, Professor and Rock Bottom are trekking the North Pole wilderness. Once they reach a certain spot, Professor orders Rock to start digging. Once he's dug deep enough, Professor tries to pull Rock out, but he ends up falling into the hole on top of Rock's head. Rock tosses him out, and Professor drops a rope down for him. He gets out, and Rock inquires why Professor wanted him to dig the hole in the first place. Professor says that it's to trap Felix and his walrus, with the intent to sell the walrus to the zoo for the 10,000$ that is going to be given to Felix. Professor covers the hole with snow as Felix arrives on a fan-propelled sled, with Walter in tow. Felix notices Professor and asks whats wrong, seeing Rock laying stiff nearby. Professor informs him that Rock has passed out, and Felix walks over to help, but falls right into Professor's trap hole. Professor and Rock hijack Felix's sled and take off with the walrus in tow.

Lingering inside the hole, Felix notices that even his breath freezes solid in mid-air. Felix gets creative and decides to freeze his breath into multiple blocks of ice, which allows him to escape the hole and chase after Professor and Rock. Rock asks where they are, and Professor points out that they're driving over frozen water, which is safe as long as it stays cold. As if on cue, the sun rises over the horizon. Rock remarks that it must be spring, and then realizes that the ice they're driving on is getting soft. Just then, the ice completely melts and Professor and Rock sink into the water. Meanwhile, Walter is happily swimming away, and while Professor thinks they have to save him, Rock remarks that he'll more likely have to save them instead as they call for help. Felix arrives at the shore of the melting ice, and notices Professor and Rock are adrift. Felix thinks about how he can save them, and he notices an eskimo kayak and oar sitting nearby. Felix drags the boat into the water and paddles towards his foes. Felix says hi to Walter, and then throws a rope towards Professor and Rock, tying it to Walter, who pulls them both towards the shore. Safe, but helplessly trapped from the neck up in a block of ice, Felix drags Professor and Rock in tow with another fan-propelled sled while Walter relaxes in the backseat. Felix lets out a hearty laugh as the cartoon irises out.
