Valentine's Day approaches! While Betelgeuse enters the school to "deal" with it, girls and boys await the moment - at least, those that know about it. When Emilia asks about Valentine's Day, Megumin explains the tradition of giving chocolate to the people you love (which she learned from Kazuma) and Tanya later mentions about the "obligation chocolate" usually given to your friends and work companions.
Albedo decides to pour her love for Ainz into making him special chocolate, which she works on with the help of Betelgeuse - much to Kazuma's chagrin, as he sees how weird the two of them get.
Rem, Shalltear and Darkness discuss the matter of who they are giving chocolate to. The former two, naturally, state they will give to Subaru and Ainz; when asked about her giving chocolate to Kazuma, Darkness claims she doesn't plan to, but her interest in Kazuma shows.
Meanwhile, Weiss is ecstatic that a girl will likely give him some chocolate, which he has not tasted in years. Grantz and Koenig unsuccessfully attempt to explain him what actually happens, and Neumann only muddles things further by telling him that you can actually ask girls for chocolate. Neumann asks Kazuma for confirmation, but Kazuma pranks them by making up a dumb suggestion, which Weiss falls for: when Darkness, Rem and Shalltear appear, Weiss attempts to put the suggestion in practice, but the girls think he is trying to attack them and Rem wrecks Weiss with a spell. When Tanya comes across a dejected Weiss and he attempts to do the same thing, Tanya points out he's been played.
While Albedo finishes the chocolate she's making, Sebas Tian comes by and points out that Betelgeuse is actually a trespasser, promptly sending him flying out of the school. Subaru enters the kitchen just then, and Albedo shows him the large (and terrifying) chocolate she has made, which Subaru comments on.
In the end, the characters exchange the chocolate: Kazuma (who had only received chocolate from his mother in his previous life) gets some from Aqua, Darkness and Megumin, much to his joy; Subaru gets "obligation chocolate" from Emilia and a large box from Rem; Beatrice gets some from Grantz, Koenig and Neumann; Yunyun gets swamped in chocolate, much to Visha and Weiss' jealousy; Tanya gives chocolate to Rerugen; Ainz gets them from Albedo, Aura, Mare and Shalltear (making him sad, since he cannot eat) and, finally, Naofumi gives chocolate to Raphtalia and Filo, making him smile at the girls' obvious joy.

- Did Not Think This Through: Albedo, Aura, Mare, and Shalltear give Ainz chocolate, forgetting that since he is a skeleton, he cannot eat food.
- Evil Is Hammy: Even with the various hammy characters in this crossover, Betelgeuse is the absolute hammiest of all. His introduction has him start slowly talking like a normal person before his volume builds and builds. He spends most of his scenes with No Indoor Voice.
