The Hanadera family arrives in their new home of Sukoyaka City, and the daughter, Nodoka, is excited to see everything. Along the way, she meets new friends, and becomes a Pretty Cure.

- Delicate and Sickly: Nodoka is established as having weak lungs and low stamina due to being very sickly as a child.
- One-Steve Limit: While Nodoka is different enough from Madoka, as is Chiyu from Chiyo, we get another Hinata.
- Pink Heroine: Like Cure Star before her, Cure Grace is dressed up in bright pink.
