Kevin and his dog Churro become an internet sensation overnight, as Fred has posted a video of Churro being "the opposite of smart". Getting fame and fortune in over his head, Kevin has become a pet influencer and spends a lot of time making more content of Churro doing dumb things, unknowingly making Gretel feel neglected.

And then she admits she planned on selling the dogs to a sketchy Russian circus when they stopped making her money, at which point Kevin loses all sympathy for her.

- Jealous Pet: Subverted. Feeling neglected, Gretel asks Hamster if he, a pet with superpowers, doesn't feel jealous that Churro, a dumb dog, is getting more attention than him. Hamster is completely fine with it.
- Latex Perfection: The little man and his chihuahua who help Kevin chase the Dognapper turn out to be Gretel and Hamster in disguise.

- You Have to Believe Me!: Gretel hears that influencer dogs have been dognapped from Puppy-Cons across the Tri-State Area, so she asks Kevin if she can join Kevin's trip to Puppy-Con to guard Churro. However, since Gretel was already denied going to Puppy-Con with him, Kevin mistakenly believes she's making it up and doesn't believe her.
