A Real Live Wire is the third episode in Series 5 of Fireman Sam.
Mandy attempts to adopt a squirrel as a pet, but this squirrel happens to enjoy chewing on wires.
Tropes:
- An Aesop: Don't throw water on eletrical fires; turn the power off and use a fire extinguisher.
- Damsel in Distress: Mandy needs to be rescued from her house. A clip from this rescue is used in the intro.
- Hero Ball: Mandy carelessly runs into a burning building to rescue the squirrel, and she gets stuck.
