Thief in Pontypandy is the third episode in Series 2 of Fireman Sam.
Little trinkets have been disappearing from the Pontypandy residents for unknown reasons.
Tropes:
- Accidental Hero: When Elvis uses a small hose to put out the chimney fire at Bella's cafe, he uncovers a blockage, which turns out to be a jackdaw's nest, containing all of the missing items; Sam's watch, Dilys' earrings, Bella's necklace, and Steele's medal.
- Affectionate Nickname: Trevor refers to Sarah and James as "my sugarlumps".
- Not Me This Time: Dilys persistently believes that Norman lost her best earrings, which Norman denies, because he really didn't lose them.
- Thieving Magpie: A variant; it's a jackdaw, a bird similar to a magpie, that turns out to be the thief.
