Sergeant Joe Friday and Officer Bill Gannon are working in Juvenile Narcotics division. A man named William Bentley is rumored to be selling drugs to children. Friday and Gannon go to his temple, an old house that has been converted into a make-shift church. Bentley has a debate with Friday and Gannon about the use and selling of drugs to both kids and adults.
