The Dreadtrux is awake, and it's not happy.
Tropes:
- All for Nothing: Even though the entire previous episode was spent taking the Dreadtrux far away from the crater, it simply chases them all back there anyway.
- Callback: Needing a way to transport the Dreadtrux's ore up a chasm, the trux decide to build a new, larger catapult and fetch the etchings from the build archives to use as a reference.
- Enemy Mine: The Dreadtrux is so massive that both Ty and D-Structs agree that the only way to fight it is together.
- Here We Go Again!: The Dreadtrux is defeated, but most of the builds are heavily damaged. Only one thing to do about that!Everyone: LET'S TRUX IT UP!
- Improvised Platform: When the gang seemingly strands the Dreadtrux on the other side of the canyon, it simply starts breaking apart the mountains around it to fill what was once considered to be a bottomless pit to cross it.
- Monster Is a Mommy: The gang initially assume that the Dreadtrux was looking for a special kind of ore it was hibernating with, but upon breaking the ore shell open, it is revealed that it was actually looking for its egg. Once the Dreadtrux has its egg back it leaves in peace.
- Our Giants Are Bigger: The Dreadtrux is MASSIVE. It is so large that a regular dinotrux is relatively the size of a reptool compared to it.
- Status Quo Is God: Although the group had very recently been successful in exiling D-Structs from the crater, in the face of a charging Dreadtrux, letting D-Structs back in is the least of their concerns.Garby: Are you sure you wanna let D-Structs back in? Your instructions were pretty clear...
