Brick Joke: At the start of the episode, Courtney is seen dragging in a sack that looks like it has a body in it. Later on when Norma and Badyah visit the Hall of Ex-husbands, one of the animatronics is missing. Later on again, Courtney is seen having a tea party with the animatronic that's been made to look like Barney.
Calling the Old Man Out: Barney calls out his parents for acting like he should be thanking them for accepting him, saying that accepting him is the bare minimum, and he also calls them out on not defending him from his grandmother.
Cliffhanger: Pugsley gets sucked into a television, with Barney and Courtney getting dragged along with him, while Norma jumps in by herself.
The Reveal: The missing women are all at the park as Pauline impersonators, and the custodian is Barborah, the woman who apparently claimed to be Pauline herself. Additionally, the real Pauline is a ghost.
