Taking place at the Pacific Theatre, Eagle Union and Sakura Empire battle to the death. Both sides suffered losses until Azur Lane turn things to the Union's favor.

- Spared By Adaptation: In a subversion of her real-life and game, Lex is saved from her demise after obtaining her rigging.
- Unknown Rival: Zuikaku finds it an honor to face the Knight of the Union. After being forced to retreat, she promises to find him to settle the score.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Hammann lays it on Thorson for not arriving on time. Justified Trope since the girl is still in grief over what happened to her sister.
