After learning that the land beneath the Last Chance garage is the weakest area in Chicago, Limburger plans to tear the place down. The Biker Mice can't just foil his plan the normal way this time because the nasty Plutarkian gets a lease from the city permitting him to tear the entire neighborhood the Last Chance is in.
