Limburger becomes the new prison warden so that he can recruit new thugs from the convicts and transport the soil to Plutark.
This episode contains examples of
- Can't Get in Trouble for Nuthin': The Biker Mice try to get arrested so they can infiltrate the prison that Limburger takes over, but the building they destroy turns out to be scheduled for demolition anyway and the police consider a jailbreak more important than running a red light.
- Comedic Underwear Exposure: Modo accidentally (or not) pulls Limburger's pants down, exposing his cheese-printed underwear in public. To make it more humiliating, a nearby news reporter zooms this view in camera and makes a comment that the moon is full over Chicago.
- Last-Second Word Swap: Vinnie gets close to saying that he, Throttle, and Modo are trapped like rats, but a glare from Modo persuades him to say "mice" instead.
- Near-Villain Victory: In spite of the governor chewing Limburger out for his actions, Limburger destroys all tapes that show evidence of his true intentions and gloats about delivering plenty of soil to Plutark, only for Charley and the Biker Mice to beam the soil back to Limburger's building, causing it to be destroyed yet again.
- Stupid Crooks: At the beginning of the episode, Greasepit ends up in jail for making the mistake of saying that he stole the money the Biker Mice took from him right in front of the police.
